We planned a last minute trip (like everyone else during Covid) but only had a few days and didn't want to stay in a hotel. Great experience from my first call, smooth check in and fantastic lay out of space. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen and living room so my family of 5 had plenty of room. The place was very clean and we location couldn't be beat. Wish we could have stayed longer but may make a trip back in the Fall. Thanks again Crow's Nest!

This is not the Four Seasons but that is not what we came for. Two bedroom suite with laundry and full kitchen and two full baths was perfect for my family of five. Waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was the best! Lids were happy and my husband and I were happy. Service was great, cant wait to go back again.

We decided to stay at the Crow's Nest for a long weekend because it was on the water and the owner described their careful COVID precautions. We had a broken refrigerator, which I reported the first morning of our stay. All our food had gone bd overnight. I totally understand that refrigerators break, so I certainly don’t fault them for that. However, I called before we booked and the owner explained that no one would be going in and out of our room while we were there. Once we reported that the refrigerator wasn’t working, two employees were in and out of our space at least five or six times. At one point my mother (who is in her 70s) asked one of the employees to wait to enter so my mother could get her mask on, but the employee walked right in anyway. We finally got a replacement mini frig in the evening, many hours after I reported the issue (around 9:30am). We were frustrated that people kept going in and out of the room (with shoes on) checking the temp of a frig that was obviously broken. I don’t understand why there wasn’t one entrance to drop off a new mini frig and leave it at that. It didn’t feel safe during COVID. Not only did our food go bad, but we were planning to cook lunch and dinner on the second day of our stay and were not able to do that because we didn’t have a place to keep food cold. Again, I don’t fault them for the problem, just how it was handled. They offered to reimburse the cost of the food that went bad, but have not responded to a follow up email I sent. Also, be aware that there is no beach at high tide, which when we were there meant there was little or no beach from about 10am-1pm. The beach is quiet, but it is accessed by a very steep ladder/stairway and it full of seaweed.

We stayed at the crows nest Inn. We had such a great time. The rooms were clean, and everything was updated. It even had a washer and dryer. The best part was the fireplace in the room. That was so cozy when it was cold outside. The staff at the front desk was so nice and answered all our questions. We can’t wait to go back!

This was our first trip back to the Crow's Nest in around 10 years. We made reservations before the covid pandemic, and were concerned about their cleaning regimen. We were told they are misting the rooms with disinfectant before guests arrive, and we could smell the disinfectant when we arrived, so we felt very safe. We stayed in a two bedroom suite on the 2nd floor with our 2 adult children. The suite was in beautiful condition - very clean and modern - the view is spectacular and management is helpful and responsive. Restaurants had just opened (6/22/20) and felt very safe - masks and social distancing was required. Most things were closed due to covid, but we had a wonderfully relaxing stay and plan to return next year. We used to visit the Cape every year and stayed at several different places over the years - Crow's Nest is the best, hands down!
