Lesa greeted us with wine, cheese and crackers upon our arrival and was a fabulous host throughout our stay. The Inn is gorgeous and our room was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. She recommended a perfect dinner spot for that evening and even made me decaf French press coffee late in the evening to help me sleep! Breakfast was made to order and delicious and we could not have asked for a better place to enjoy the area. We’ve stayed in lots of bed and breakfasts and small inns throughout the US and this is definitely one of the best! We also had the love of Buddy who was such a great dog and made our stay even better!

As soon as you walk into the front door of the Blackington, you are in a warm and cozy kitchen area and greeted with wine, cheese, and crackers. And of course there are other beverage available if you want something other than wine.My wife and I love starting our weekend with wine and this was so perfect after our drive up from Westchester. Lesa goes out of her way to make you feel like old friends coming to visit and is so helpful in answering questions about the area and things to do. And what a great location right between Williamstown for theater and MassMoCA made our getting around so easy. Room (Blue Room) was cozy and comfortable and the breakfasts Lesa prepared each morning were amazing! The Manor dog, Buddy, made sure everyone was happy; a sweet, friendly lab. So, simply, a great stay at a great place with a great host!

This place is so incredibly amazing! The Inn keeper’s attention to detail and incredible hospitality made for a really comfortable stay. The food was amazing, and the grounds were incredibly beautiful. Lesa (the Inn Keeper) was really helpful, and genuinely cared about all of her guests. I can’t recommend this enough!

We can definitely recommend staying in the lovely B & B in the beautiful Berkshires. The (new) owner Lesa and her sweet dog Buddy do everything in their power to make you feel at home and relaxed. Her service is excellent and she can recommend nice restaurants and things to do. Be prepared for delicious food since Lesa is a good cook. Every morning we got something she had freshly baked. A glass of wine before we went off to diner with some nice snacks, a nightcap if we wanted, all very hospitable. The only suggestion we would have is curtains in the carriage room. Our sleep quality was less since it was so light at night. As far as we know, all the other rooms have curtains.

The Blackinton Manor is an amazing B&B. Lesa was very attentive and accommodating during our stay. The cooked to order breakfast was delicious and a perfect way to start your day! When we come back to this area we will be staying here again.
