The front desk greetings and room assignments went quickly. Greeted with smiles and good cheer. Several of our friends, who timed arrival around 3:30 pm, on time. Nice big pool which was warm enough, relaxed us all from our travels. building is under renovation, but this was not noticeable. It was a nice stay & the bed was comfortable.

I loved this hotel. Super convenient and very clean. Staff was extremely helpful. I was able to pre-check-in which made it very easy as I was arriving late in the evening. Complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of healthy foods and fresh coffee at all times.

Overall poor experience compared to other Hampton inns. Noisy and dusty room. Dirty lobby due to construction. Disappointing complimentary breakfast choices. Staff though was helpful and cheerful overall.

The bathroom wasn't up to Hilton standard. The sink was too small. I had to keep my toilet kit in the bedroom as there was no space. The flush lever was not working and had to lift the lever to stop water from leaking.

Every time I stay at this hotel I am greeted by such happy employees at the front desk, no matter the day or the hour. The front desk managers are usually the only people I see when I stay at a hotel, and they are the ones that make a difference.

Hotel was overall fine but did not have refrigerators or microwaves in all rooms - a huge inconvenience. Fitness room does not have bike, scale did not work, low on towels & water empty. Pillows are awful - overstuffed but soft and lumpy.

So glad we chose the Hampton Inn so many, many years ago and have had the best travel experience by using this chain. I would not switch. This Chain is consistently good or excellent in every way.
