We have stayed before and it is fabulous. Beautiful rooms, great people, and walking distance to so much. We cancelled because of the Coronavirus and they refunded our deposit 14 days before our stay. Unfortunately Trip Advisor kept $30 which isn’t fair.

Thank for the wonderful words about our Inn. We are so happy that the $30 was refunded to you after checking into it. It must have happened after you wrote. Be safe and healthy and we look forward to seeing you again.

This was a hidden gem in a great location. If you like hotels that have a lots of character, in a great location with lots of character, and not your traditional big chain hotel then this is the place for you. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast was great, and the staff are awesome. Will definitely go back, this time just to stay and travel.

The Inn was wonderful. Very quaint, very clean! Lovely breakfasts each day and the staff, was terrific. Mary and Casandra were the perfect hostesses. Due to weather I didn’t have an opportunity to do much exploring in the area but it has a few nice shops and eating establishments nearby.

This was a low-key mid-week getaway, and the Harbor Light Inn was just the place. We enjoyed the in-room fireplace a 2-person jacuzzi, the service, and the location. I enjoyed walking from the Inn to the quaint shops nearby (and discovering the local market) and being on the coast. Breakfast was nothing special, but perhaps this is because it was mid-week.

We had visited Marblehead for the day in the fall of 2019 and liked it so much that we felt a return visit of longer duration was a must! We had seen an interesting story about the Harbor Light Inn and decided to give it a try. We booked a room with a fireplace, which was a real treat. There are gas fireplaces scattered throughout the public areas, and that was lovely on a January evening. It's an elegant, but not fussy, place to stay. The staff were a pleasure to deal with. The small bar area was a nice place to have an after-dinner drink. Our room was pleasant, clean and quiet. We had a wonderful weekend and hope to return in the future.
