Lovely, quiet place to stay. Perfect for those who like privacy and independence - breakfast is already in the room/ fridge so you can eat when you want in your own private garden. Wonderful home-baked food, granola etc. Room is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need from an ironing board to microwave popcorn to books. Owners are friendly but,... More

My husband and I stayed at Arbor House while spending time in Marblehead for the Festival of Arts over the 4th of July holiday. Jennifer and Dave are perfect hosts, and both went out of their way every day to add to our enjoyment of our trip. The guest suite is quiet, comfortable---just lovely. The garden space is private, a... More

I have to admit that I was a little nervous about staying here. I had never stayed in a B&B with one room. Well....it was so nice, private and comfortable! I'm so glad we stayed!!! It was absolutely perfect for getting in and out of Boston. The neighborhood was quite and great to walk around. There is a rocky private... More

While being the dead of winter, Jennifer and Dave have set up this private suite, so you feel warm and relaxed. The serene colors all nestled in bamboo surroundings, you can't help but unwind. Delish organic treats and breakfast in the cute breakfast nook. You can have your breakfast anytime you'd like! So many wonderful restaurants and don't forget to... More

We wanted a getaway but didn't have much time, so we were happy to find something so close to the city. Jennifer was very helpful and flexible with our check in time, and made us amazing vegetarian tarts for breakfast. Everything in the fridge was delicious. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for two nights just before the New Year. Warm and cozy winter retreat, the host is an excellent baker and left incredible snacks and breakfasts for us. Room has a flat screen TV with tons of channels so you can kick back and relax in the evenings. Great location a short drive to Marblehead downtown. Highly recommend... More

Nothing but good things to say here! A walk away from a private beach, delicious homemade treats and the most comfortable surroundings you could ask for. Furnished completely like someone lives there, nothing stale or average about it. Jennifer and Dave were great to us, giving us local recommendations and directions, and we even made friends with their cats! A... More

We've just had a wonderful three nights at Arbor House and I think it would rank as one of the best Band Bs we've ever stayed in. It has an extremely comfortable bed and everything you could possibly need. It is the little touches that are so good, from the little bowl of nuts on the coffee table to the... More

Serene and romantic. The guest room is very inviting, with a big poofy bed, comfy sofa, small kitchen and shower bath. Even under 9 ft of snow it was nice to have the private garden space. Jennifer and Dave provided delicious home-baked pastries, yogurt and juice. Jennifer went out of her way to overnight some things we had left behind.... More

My husband and I stayed for two nights- for our anniversary. It was low key and quiet and so restful! The room was very attractive and everything we needed was right there! Home made baked goods were plentiful . This quiet place was a perfect getaway and yet we were close to many Marblehead sights as well as the Peabody... More
