The pool and jacuzzi area is REALLY cold. The pool is heated and so is the jacuzzi (although I do wish that was hotter as well) but the area itself is really cold and uncomfortable. You can notice the temperature get colder from the front lobby to the pool/jacuzzi area.

Do you have transportation to Gillette Stadium?
I don't know, I never brought up the question , I wasn't there during s game. I'm sure a call to the front desk would answer this question.

Not sure there's anything else you can do besides call, and ensure they make a note in your reservation that you want these specifics, and to call the morning of your reservation to let them know you are definitely checking in, and that you want a room with those features - this before the rooms are booked up as others check in before you do. I do believe they do book solid, so calling prior would be wise.

What time does the pool area close?
