We chose this hotel due to its convenient location for a family visit. We were happy to find such a helpful and competent staff working there. The bar was well stocked and had a great bar tender, the front desk was very helpful when we needed to add a room due to extra guests. We felt welcomed and at home.
This hotel is a hub for weddings. TONS of people in and out for weddings held there and nearby. The lobby is updated and looks great. The hotel guest rooms are a bit dated with furniture and fixtures needing replacement or upgrades. But the rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and kind, especially with being short staffed in the bar and restaurant. I would not hesitate to stay here again given how great our experience was. Even with the dated or slightly worn furniture and fixtures in our guest room, I'm giving them 5 stars. Again - not a huge deal because it was clean and everything was functional. Once last thing - the elevators are sooooo slooooow. So be prepared to wait if you're on a top floor or to have a very slow ride whenever you're on one.
We were traveling with a soccer tournament. All good but the bed was saggy making for an uncomfortable night of sleep. It is a great centrally located hotel. It’s very clean and fresh. Would recommend if your going to be at the sports complex.
We stayed a Sunday through Wednesday. Great clean hotel. Good linens and pillows. Quiet room. Have to request housekeeping when you want it. Water pressure in bath not so good. Nice amenities in room. Very convenient location for our visit. BJs right next door.
First time staying at this hotel and can't wait to go back. The rooms were spotless, the food in the restaurant was the best I have ever had and the team...well, the team at the Doubletree Leominster is a perfect example of what excellent hospitality should be!
I absolutely love this hotel. The staff is awesome! And the beds are to die for! I haven't had that good of a sleep in quite awhile! The rooms are clean and neat. You can see the care the clean staff take in preparing the rooms. That means a lot! Food places are close and there is a restaurant inside the hotel....big boon!
I was put in hearing impaired room. I could hear noises from next room even at 1 AM at night. At midnight I could clearly hear anyone walking outside the room which was right across the elevator. Could not sleep all night would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Our room was not preheated and it was in need to updating. The bed boards had peels on the corner, the bathroom quite small and everything low, the sockets on the desk we’re loose and not always charging. the heating system was turn down to 60 degrees when we arrived, it was not a nice and warm welcome late night in a very cold day. The room itself was also quite small for DoubleTree. Staff is ok, but not very helpful.
Booked last minute with little research but could not have been happier. Very clean. Rooms were comfortable. Received warm cookies at check in which were delicious. I also received a text message from staff after check in to ask if we needed anything and another text at check out. I’ve never had hotel service like this before. Couldn’t have been more impressed!
nice hotel but the food was disappointing, Dinner was very limited with choices and breakfast buffet was very cold. The eggs, bacon and potatoes were cold. At $12 per person, it was not worth a cold meal.
