I have an upcoming stay booked and I called to ask a question about the room I’ll be getting. Kaitlyn was very helpful with providing me with the information I needed and let me know what I needed to do if I wanted to modify my reservation at all. First impressions go a long way and that was a very good one!

Staff was very accommodating - we needed better lighting and they supplied extra lamps immediately. Towels were ample and other toiletries were available as needed. The room was large; there were comfortable chairs for sitting, refrigerator, freezer, plenty of bureau and closet space.

This "hotel" is an outdated, very tired motel. $900 for 2 rooms for 2 nights. I wonder if I paid extra for the roaches? Worst "hotel" I have ever seen. You can hear every door that opens/closes. It appears that the owners have not done anything to update this place since the 60s.

My family and I stayed at the Yankee Inn on August 12-16 in one of the outside access doubles. We were looking for a good hotel to use as a base to use as a jumping off point for exploring the Berkshires. Yankee Inn was a great choice. The rooms was very clean and spacious. It featured comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a fridge/freezer and microwave in the room. I really also liked the two Adirondack chairs outside of the room to relax in. The grounds are also really pretty, with outside seating areas, a lovely large outdoor pool area with cabanas and seating areas. There is also an indoor pool and hot tub, and complimentary breakfast. All in all - our experience at the Yankee was very positive, and a big part of that was the staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to be friendly.

this family run inn/motel is clean and well located. although it is right on Route 7 it is set back enough to be quiet. Our room was large (606), a bit musty smelling but left the window open at night. Lovely outdoor pool. Mostly an older crowd so it is quiet t night. Breakfast is fine-hard boiled eggs suited us fine.
