Perfect spot for a short two-night ski getaway/girls trip to the Berkshires. Got adjoining rooms with outdoor entrances right to our parking spot which made hauling our ski gear in and out of the room super convenient. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect and the breakfast was good and adequate. Staff was friendly, especially Lance, who had to open the pool and hot tub just for us one of the days. Could have better shampoo. It didn't lather up well.

This is a hidden gem in the Berkshires and our Romantic getaway for our birthdays, anniversary and just because. Lovely accommodations at a reasonable rate. Beautiful HotTub and Fireplace Spa room with a big Comfy bed and a buffet breakfast included the next morning. We highly recommend the Yankee. Deshawn and Rosechana. Davisi

This place is a hidden gem. An unassuming place on the main road into Lenox, there is ample free parking in the hotel car park. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Our room was on floor 5; a large room with a lovely cosy fireplace and a balcony overlooking the rear of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. There was a fridge/freezer and microwave in the room (there is a Market 32 supermarket just up the road). There is a dining guide by restaurant type in reception. Good complimentary breakfast with hot and cold options. We had booked a motel style room in the South Lodge but received a free upgrade to the main lodge due to renovation works being done.

I have so many fantastic things to say about this hotel. I work in travel and have stayed in many hotels across the world, and finding this lovely property an hour from my hometown was a win. I think the hotel deserves great recognition. The Room: We were in a king bedded room with a balcony and view. The room was extremely clean and the TV/outlets were updated. The carpet and bedding were clean. I didn't hear a peep from any of the neighboring rooms. The Staff: We received an extremely warm welcome from George and another young woman (I did not get her name). George gave us restaurant recommendations and information regarding the pool and bar. The bartender who is there on the weekends was super friendly and there was a little lounge with tables and a TV. The Pool: The pool room was very clean, and the towels were fully stocked! We had a lovely time lounging in the indoor pool room. It's worth mentioning there was also a small gym next to the pool. Breakfast: Fully stocked self-serve breakfast of juice, coffee, eggs, breakfast meat, waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, and yogurt. I'm already planning our next trip back for our Anniversary. Thank you Yankee Inn!!

Walked in to a nun in lobby and a regular guest checking in before us. Says 2 things to me; value & good service. It’s a throwback to motels from the 60s, spruced up vintage. Very clean. Liners on mattresses and box springs, fresh smelling bedding. However it is old. Beds between uncomfortably and comfortable. Somethings have been updated but more to go. We are in second cheapest room ($138 pretax AARP). Carpet worn too thin, dated - esp outlets, lamp shade wonky, ac fan loud and can’t get temp quite right. Enter room from interior hall w a card & from parking lot w a key. Thin thin walks. I’d googled “most charming Berkshire hotels & this was #3. Hmmm,… overly generous though it’s good for what it is. I feel like I’m at the lake. Proudly displays 2020 Trip Advisor award. For $96 (TripAdvisor rate) great deal! For $160 (after tax), meh. But the parking lot is full, so what do I know.

If you want to be close to restaurants good luck. Recommended taxis weren't available so uber drivers were required as there were no decent restaurants nearby. Breakfast was awful cold and inedible. Post covid sees plastic cutlery and downturn in quality but upturn in price. Really disheartening trend Yankee Inn no exception

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and were very pleased! Lance, at check in, was so pleasant and helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to eat. We enjoyed the saltwater pool and hottub. Breakfast had everything you could want. Our bed and room was spacious and comfortable. No complaints about this hotel.

Staff were very nice throughout our two night stay. It was a special occasion for my husband and I and they provided a nice bottle of wine! The establishment was clean but needs updating. King bed was very comfortable. Chairs in the room were uncomfortable, but staff switched to something better. Room and bathroom desperately needs updating and grout needs to be professionally cleaned by shower. Motel located on a busy stretch with plenty of food choices. We went to Arizona Pizza and it was really good. Portions allowed for leftovers the next night. Close to Historic Lenox and Historic Stockbridge. Continental breakfast was just enough.

Our room wasn’t fancy, but had everything we needed. It had a coffee maker, microwave and fridge. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Staff is friendly. The place is a little rustic, which blends in with the atmosphere of the Berkshires.

My wife and I chose the Yankee Inn from numerous hotel offerings in the Berkshires because of its good location on route 7, positive guest reviews and what seemed to be a fair price compared with some of the more upscale lodging chains. We decided to upgrade our room a bit because we were saving a few dollars at the Yankee Inn. We were not disappointed. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast in a spacious and comfortable breakfast room was great. The only minor drawback here was that the room was a bit small, but certainly acceptable. It would have been nice to have a small round table and a couple of chairs. But overall, this was very pleasant stay.
