In late February 2020, my boyfriend Alexander and myself stayed at this lovely B&B. From arrival and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies to departure and kind, warm farewells, this B&B made us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, the amenities modern and the furnishings had character and charm. Loved the cathedral ceilings - made the room feel spacious. Location was perfect, very quick walk to the town which was all the more valuable granted it was chilly outside. All the restaurant and activity recommendations we received exceeded our own expectations. For instance, dinner at Alta Restaurant & Wine Bar was exceptional (and we know our nice restaurants.) Every evening after dinner we could enjoy the fireplace and just relax (much needed - especially for a triathlete like myself) So glad we found this charming B&B. We will be returning again soon.

The inn was very charming and a quick 5 minute walk to town. We also went to the vineyard and tasted some delicious wines. The innkeepers were all family and treated every guest as family! The breakfast was good too! Stayed in room 10...very very nice!

My husband and I have stayed at many wonderful inns during our visits to Lenox over the past 20 years but are so glad we decided to try somewhere new and discovered Garden Gables Inn. From the moment I spoke with Rosie over the phone to book my room, I knew we had found the perfect place for our winter and fall visits. As soon as we arrived we felt like we were visiting old friends; and, Rosie, Ashley and Amy couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating. Every nook and cranny in the Inn is spotless and just so charming. Hard as we tried, we couldn't find fault with anything. The snacks and breakfast were amazing and served in such a lovely garden room and my husband has ranked Rosie's Apple Strudel French Toast his "all time favorite breakfast ever" - Thanks for raising the bar so high!). We stayed 2 nights in Room 15 which was very spacious and luxurious with a lovely deck; but every room we looked at had it's own individual character and I don't think you can go wrong no matter which room you choose. The Inn is just across the street from town and walkable to almost everywhere; including all the best Lenox restaurants and Kennedy Park. Can't say enough about how much we loved our stay. Please keep the lights on.....the McLoughlins can't wait to return.

This B&B is charming yet high quality, clean, and had modern amenities and furnishings throughout the rooms and property. We stayed in 14 and 15 in the main house and the rooms were spacious with nice bathrooms, fire places, king sized beds, balconies, and a small sitting room with a couch. We arrived later then check in so the front desk put our keys in the front so we could still get in late at night. The fire place was a lovely touch in the winter and the breakfast was great. The location was near enough to downtown to walk and close to other towns in the Berkshires. I would definitely come back here.

To be upfront I am not a big Inn person, I like midsize hotels. That being said I really enjoyed staying at the Garden Gables Inn. It is on the larger size as far as Inn's go. It is perfectly located on the edge of the village of Lenox. The rooms are nicely decorated with good amenities. The breakfast was made to order with great options and was delicious. We visited in the winter so we did not get to enjoy the outside grounds of the Inn which looked very nice. The Inn owns a winery in a nearby village and offer complimentary tastings as an Inn guest; that was a major bonus and we really enjoyed that experience. Even if you don't like wines produced in the Northeast of the U.S. it is a great visit because they make apple cider products as well with apples from their own estate and has wonderful apple cider visits. The staff as the winery are so energetic and friendly it makes for a great experience.
