Lovely place where you can walk to town, sit in the beautiful garden outside and enjoy all of Lenox and surrounding area. Have stayed here a few times and will return. Breakfast is wonderful! Lovely surroundings. Convenient to all attractions in area.

Just spent a great weekend at Cornell, hosted by Tim and Nell. Rooms was comfortable, charming, clean. Staff was very attentive, so warm and welcoming. Breakfasts were delicious with lots of choices from frittatas, to fruit, muffins, sausage. Location is ideal for all that the Berkshires have to offer. Snacks, coffee, tea, lemonade available all day long. Staff very knowledgeable... More

This is a lovely Inn to explore all the area has to offer. We kayaked, visited the Norman Rockwell Museum, saw terrific dance at Jacob's Pillow and attended a concert at Tanglewood, all easy access. The property is backed by the Kennedy Park, with many hiking trails. We returned to our comfortable room (Mary Todd) with a balcony and view... More

We stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The property is a really nice set of buildings just outside of town with a comfortable landscaped outdoor area that included frogs from the goldfish pond and the occasional chipmunk looking for breakfast. The main house has a resident's pub that is one of the few I have ever really... More

My college roommate and I spent three nights at the Cornell Inn while we were "day pass" residents of Kripalu, the world-renowned yoga retreat center in Lenox. So pleased we made the decision. We saved about a third of the cost of staying at Kripalu by staying at the Inn instead, and we had ample room and privacy, plus access... More

Owner Tim McCaffrey made our visit more like a stay with friends than a stay in a commercial establishment. On our arrival he offered us cookies and tea or coffee and these were always available in the Inn's breakfast room. We stayed in one of the subsidiary houses that complement the main Inn building. It was quiet and comfortable with... More

After spending the weekend there, It could honestly not be rated more than average. The owners were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, but tired. The bath towels were scratchy and past their prime. The balcony needed painting. The decor was dated. The bathroom was very small.

My girl took me here for my birthday. It was a snowy winter and it had just snowed a ton...The area was beautiful. The inn is quaint and cozy. Our room had a fireplace and we enjoyed our stay. They provided breakfast in the morning, in their dining area (a short walk from our room). I can only image how... More

We stayed at Cornell for a business trip. I was amazed at the breakfast! I was traveling with my gluten sensitive daughter. The kitchen staff was amazing. We were served a beautiful breakfast including fresh fruit, home made muffins and cook to order menu items. Gluten free. Made to order! Wow. It was only outdone by the brunch the following day....
