I didn't know what to expect. 3 days of vegetables?! 3 days of chanting? But what I found was three days of wonderful classes, delicious food, an opportunity to unwind and reconnect with a part of myself I didn't know I had lost.

If you enjoy yoga and meditation, then I recommend coming here. The grounds are beautiful and the classes were well organized. The brand new facility is beautiful. However, the older one is somewhat stale. For more pictures and commentary, check out www.gustatori.com.

It sounds like you'd be fine for a Rest and Retreat for as long as you'd like. The classes offered range from beginner to expert. Teachers all offer modifications to increase or decrease the intensity.
