A great bonding weekend with my teen daughter. The program was excellent - it was Mother's and Daughter's Yoga. There were over 70 moms and their daughters - all ages that attended. Recommend the food and the view.

I actually got a day pass for classes and lunch and dinner. The place is amazing if you are into yoga and spirituality. I took two classes plus a dance workshop which was amazing. They have a wellness spa for massage and other health modalities....More

It sounds like you'd be fine for a Rest and Retreat for as long as you'd like. The classes offered range from beginner to expert. Teachers all offer modifications to increase or decrease the intensity.
