Dining in the time of COVID. We received breakfast with our stay (it's always included) and chose to take it on the porch. It was a great experience - quite peaceful. Coffee and food (especially the croissants and homemade jam) were excellent.

We checked in on Dec 27th and was warmly greeted by Claire. She checked us in, showed us to our room and even made breakfast both mornings we were there. She made us feel at home right away and it definitely helped us settle in immediately.

We stayed on the second floor in the Stockbridge room and faced main street. The decor is gorgeous, bed comfy and loved that in addition to basic cable, netflix is already set up. Room is stocked with robes, really soft towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body soap and a hairdryer.

The location by the way is amazing. This B&B has a private lot in the back with plenty of parking spaces and once you park, you really don't need to drive. You simply cross the street and there are many eating options, plus some cute shops including a wine shop, mini grocery and some independent retailers. Also, there is a park within walking distance if you are in the mood for a hike. Looking forward to returning!

I stayed here for two nights with my girlfriend just before Christmas. Prior to arriving, I called and mentioned that that I would be asking my girlfriend to marry me during this trip. The Staff at 33 Main was excited to hear the news and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. On the evening she said yes, the staff at 33 Main gave us a bottle of champagne and a cheese board to snack on while we called all of our friends and family from the living room on first floor. I cannot overstate how friendly and accommodating the staff was. Everyone was great but an extra thanks is due to Donna and Claire.
Our room was absolutely perfect. A relaxing, cozy spot. Upon arrival, the room was stocked with fresh robes, a bottle of wine and two chocolate chip cookies.
33 Main is a 5 minute walk from some excellent restaurants in Lenox. We went to Nudel and Brava. Highly recommend both.
And oh yeah, breakfast at 33 Main was great too!

If I could give it 6 stars, I would. Lovely, quaint, with warm staff. Rooms vary in size and I booked one of the smaller options because it was a last minute trip, but rooms are elegant and wonderfully appointed. Breakfast was delicious as well. It's located right in the middle of downtown Lenox, walking distance from many of the small local shops and minutes from a couple very good restaurants. Cocktail hour was thoughtful and relaxing and I loved when the inn had the fireplaces going in the parlors. It's about 15 mins from the Normal Rockwell Museum and Pleasant Valley Wildlife Sanctuary, which has beautiful hiking. Annie Selke and the wonderful staff have exceeded my expectations. I really feel she should partner with more hotels/inns to create more of these experiences.

V199AAjenniferp, Thank you so much for taking the time to give us such a glowing review! We agree that the fireplaces make everything a little more cozy, especially during a Berkshire winter. We hope to host you for future visits to the Berkshires and look forward to maintaining that 6 star review!

My wife and I spent the first night of a mini-vacation to view New England's fall foliage and we're so glad to have stayed at 33 Main, which was outstanding in every imaginable way.

We tend to prefer boutique inns and Annie Selke's great furnishings and touches makes this a perfect spot, right in the heart of town.

Our room - we were in Aster on the first floor - was a great size with a giant private bathroom. The room as well as all of the common rooms are decorated in great taste... modern, yet cozy.

And that breakfast! Ours was eggs, bacon, blueberry muffin, fruit salad, and maybe the best croissant I've ever eaten. (And the afternoon glass of wine was also a nice touch.)

We are so happy that you enjoyed your mini-vacation with us. I thought that the weather and foliage of this fall was one of the best we have had in a few years. Aster is one of my favorite rooms, and it is Annie's favorite room. Thank you for taking the time out to review us. We hope to see you in the future.

This was our first time staying outside the house since the beginning of the pandemic. We felt very safe due to the clear protocols at 33 Main.

Food: The included breakfast was delivered to our room right on time, and was delicious! We also stopped downstairs for the included happy hour, where we received a nice glass of wine and a personal charcuterie plate.

Service: Everyone was extremely friendly, and also provided great recommendations for dining and activities in the area.

Atmosphere: The decor has been recently updated, and felt bright and fresh. Our room was very clean, with a comfortable mattress and a nice view of Main Street. The location was also a plus, as we could easily walk to all of the shops / restaurants we wanted to visit in Lenox.

We highly recommend 33 Main and will definitely come back ourselves.

We really enjoyed 3 nights here. The room (Sunset) was updated and charming. The staff were all friendly (with a particular note to Claire) and very accommodating. We felt the COVID protocols were very strong and we appreciated their concern for our, and their, safety.

We loved the cocktails & apps in the early evening and sat outside looking at some magnificently colored trees. Breakfast was delicious and totally personalized to our requests. We have been to Lenox 6 times and have tried a new place each time but we have finally found the place we will be returning to on our next visit.

We booked two nights at this lovely Inn following a chaotic week with kids and grandkids on the Cape, and it turned out to be a fabulous choice. Our room was very pretty and perfectly appointed. The superior bed, linens, bath robes, towels and Annie Selke vegan products were very much appreciated. We loved that we could enjoy our complimentary evening cocktails on the delightful front porch, and the breakfasts were delicious and filling, which provided the fuel to get us through a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings the Berkshires have to offer. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Donna and Sarah in particular made our stay ever more pleasant. We will return when we’re in the area again!

After 6 days with our grandkids in the eastern part of the state and a sick dog needing multiple nighttime walks in the miserable weather of Memorial Day weekend, we needed peace, tranquility and pampering. We got all of those and more at 33 Main. The Decor not surprisingly was beautifully designed. Our pretty room, The Aster ( one of 2 dog friendly rooms) was large and relaxing with both shower and tub.
Our hosts during our visit were Donna and Becca who were friendly and warm and cooked outstanding breakfasts. The inn is so well located and you can walk most places. We took our dog for a very scenic hike at Kennedy park. The 3 restaurants we ate at, Zinc, Alta and Brava were all top notch.
We loved the inn’s overall ambiance so much that we’ve booked a 4 night stay in September. Zero complaints, only praise!

My husband and I are in search of "our spot" and throughout our search we have stayed at numerous hotels through the years. For our 7th wedding anniversary we decided to try something different and we stayed at our first B&B. This property and the lovely innkeeper are both fantastic! The rooms are immaculate and the innkeeper is top notch. You truly feel pampered in this inn. For our anniversary weekend we were met with nightly chocolate chip cookies and chocolate covered strawberries on our last night. The food, the vibe, the accommodations and the hospitality are truly top notch! They have set the bar so high for any other property we visit in the future and all will be compared to 33 Main!

Stayed one night at 33 Main while on a MA Fall foliage driving tour this fall. The Inn is located downtown Lenox with all shops and restaurants within walking distance. The owner is an interior designer so the property is well appointed with beautiful fabrics and artwork. Rooms are small but comfortable. Given other options in the area, the property is overpriced for the space and service delivered.
