Stop in on a late Saturday afternoon for a quick bit to eat. This is an old fashion tavern type of place with an inn attached. Great salad with a glass of wine. Bartender very helpful in selecting the wine. New favorite spot coming thru the Berkshires.

Impossible to sleep here. Bed so soft and stale that it causes numbing in the legs and no support for the back. Air Conditioning unit SO LOUD I HAVE TO SHOUT THIS SO YOU CAN HEAR WHAT I AM WRITING! Squeaks and Creaks. This is a blue-light cheap motel. Smells, stains, and unbelievable amount of noise coming from A/C Unit — a jackhammer is the equivalent. Absolute worst piece of pizz I’ve ever encountered. Should be ashamed to even charge for this room. Can’t wait to leave and yet all I want is a place to sleep.

Cozy, wonderful place to eat. We ate here several times over the years, and never disappointed. The separated dining rooms with antiques give it the old charm we so enjoy. The service, the greeting at the door is like coming to a family friend.

My family and I stayed there for a weekend. The Inn staff was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived around noon and we had a meeting at 1pm. They took our lunch order while we got settled in our room and the lunch was ready by the time we came downstairs. It was a good lunch too. I would say that because it is in a building that is over 200 years old that it would be harder for older people to go up the steep stairs. My only complaint would be that they had the worst towels. They were incredibly small and thin. I also noticed that the blanket on our bed had holes. Easy things to fix. They are also renovating in the back. It looked like they were putting in a garden which will be very nice. The location is great. It is on the main street of Lee and very easy to get to the other towns in the Berkshires.

This was our second visit to the Morgan House. We love the atmosphere. The hosts are always lovely. I am giving this review 3 stars for several reasons though as we want to be able to come back and have better experiences. Both times we were here there was no bread and we had to wait till after ordering and receiving appetizers to get bread. We had to wait to have our water glasses filled and had to wait at least 5 minutes just to get the dessert menu which had 4 items and we were told they ran out of one. My grilled salmon was fine. I really liked the farro that came with it. My family enjoyed their soups, salad and entrees. The spinach artichoke dip was a huge disappointment. I took a little spoonful and it was quite literally a chunk of cream cheese. If you are expecting a traditional spinach artichoke dip this is not it. If you like eating cream cheese out of a tub perhaps you will like it. They charge $8. And there were probably only 3 little chunks of artichoke. It's served with pita. We want to LOVE this restaurant. It's convenient for us and we love the historical factor of the house. Also a really nice touch is that they put foam under the wooden tables and when you cross your legs it's all nice and padded. I loved that!
