The Main Sail is a one bedroom cottage w/living room that has a day bed and a slide out bed which was perfect for our 8 and 5 year old boys. The bed in the bedroom was very clean and comfortable. Also has a great little kitchenette which was just perfect to have meals on the go as we seemed... More

Our family stayed in Captain Kelley at Harbor Village & would do it again in a heartbeat! We wanted for nothing-beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and toys all at your fingertips and the beach is a short walk away. The house was beautifully decorated in what I would call traditional Cape Cod decor and we had a king size... More

We are just back from two wonderful weeks in Cape Cod and are very glad that we chose to stay at Harbor Village. We stayed in Whalers Watch cottage which was quaint, cute and spotlessly clean. The area itself was lovely and quiet but within a couple of minutes walk to a nice beach on Ocean Avenue and within a... More

I spent several weeks researching vacation rentals for our first ever trip to Cape Cod, and I finally settled on Harbor Village. I am so glad I did. Harbor Village is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, but it is conveniently located close to town. We stayed in South Shore cottage, which was perfect for us.This charming, well-equipped cottage had... More

My wife and I stayed seven nights at Harbor Village in late September, 2014. We are both observers of nature/birders so I was hoping to find a place near the water in a natural setting. The Merrow Cottage fit the description perfectly. It is situated on a tidal basin that empties into Hyannis Harbor. The large deck is right next... More

We spent three nights in a cottage here for our Silver Wedding and it was superb. The cottage was beautiful, superbly clean and had everything that we needed. They are close to the beach and close to the town. The whole of Cape Cod is easy to get to from here. It is like home away from home. Our stay... More

We stayed at Captain Kelly in Harbor Village this past week and loved it. The cottage was clean and in good repair. It suited our family of 4 nicely. Our children love the walk through the woods to the beach and the grassy areas by the cottage to play ball. This was our third time to rent a cottage in... More

We stayed here in September 2013. It was exactly what we needed after 2 hectic weeks in Washington, Philadelphia, New York and Boston. House was very comfortable. Site was quiet and clean. Shirley and Bob were very helpful but not intrusive. A short walk to the beach and town. I would recommend this holiday village and we will be back.... More

This is a set of cabins/cottages set off the road, many with an oceanview but not oceanfront. Apparently the homes have various owners, some of whom live on site and some are rented out by the week or longer. The good - Bob and Shirley were outstanding hosts. They took care of our every need with a smile. They were... More
