The SeaCoast Inn is in an excellent location for touring the Cape and the Islands, Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. The ferries to the Islands, local Hyannis restaurants, shops and beaches are all within a short walking distance. We are family owned and operated and are knowledgeable about the surrounding area, sites and attractions. The facility is quiet and newly renovated with all non-smoking rooms. Most rooms have efficiencies. Continental breakfast is included.
To see Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket islands just off the shores of Cape Cod in Massachusetts, the town of Hyannis is where the ferries come and go every day. Just walking distance from the ferry wharf, tucked away on the very street upon which you would drive to the port lies the well - managed, beautifully renovated Seacoast Inn. Without pools, hot tubs, restaurants or exercise rooms, the price is very reasonable but there’s free wifi, free laundry, and a complimentary continental breakfast. Beach paraphernalia is also free to use, and the beaches are not far in this lovely seaside town. They apparently spared no expense on the beds, they’re perfect. Great staff, too. Don’t hesitate another minute. Choose this great little spot with confidence.
We stayed at the Inn for several days while we explored the area and were so pleased with the accommodations. The rooms are well maintained, very clean, and include a small kitchenette. A free washer/dryer unit is provided onsite for guest use, along with beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc. The breakfast area is a nice sunroom that captures the morning light and the food was fresh with a good variety to start the day. The location is perfect for traveling up to Provincetown, hiking the sand dunes along the Cape, touring lighthouses, and visiting the New Bedford area, with easy access back into Boston. The staff was wonderful, warm and welcoming and never seemed to mind our questions or comings and goings as we found new places we may want to visit. The Seacoast Inn is a delightful place to stay.
Booked a night away for our anniversary. Received a confirmation that we were all set. Got a call from Sea Coast the morning of our stay asking ME when we were staying. Explained we were checking in that day. They then went on to claim that there was an issue with our room, no clarification just that they had no room for us and could we come another time. The girl then went onto say she could call another establishment of theirs, I heard her call as I was never put on hold for her to come back to tell me they couldn't get through to the other hotel. Then proceeded to ask me if I wanted to try another hotel of theirs (Quality Inn). To which i said fine. We ended up staying in a different town, accommodations were TERRIBLE and when called to speak with Sea Coast manager, was told to try tomorrow and wouldn't give me name of who to ask for. Completely unacceptable and terrible 5 year anniversary to us!
Very nice place to stay, very clean rooms. Kitchenette is supplied with basic utensils. Helpful staff. Just a block from Main Street, and 2 blocks from the harbor. Breakfast is basic continental, but there are several places within a short walk with a breakfast menu.
After a very warm welcome we were shown to our particularly comfortable room where the bed was enormous. Breakfast was pleasant, the location was convenient and all told we had highly recommendable stay.

I’m not sure if your question is directed to TripAdvisor or myself but the photos shown in TA are a good reflection of the hotel as we saw it back in June when we were there. The room was very clean and modern but it’s a small hotel so if your group is large and wants to stay at the same place you may need to go for a larger hotel.
