We stayed at this lovely home recently and had a wonderful stay with our toddler. We felt so welcomed and comfortable with such amazing, kind, caring, generous hosts. Definitely the nicest hosts we have ever met. Even our little girl loved the stay. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you so much!

We come every year for at least a day. We have our traditions because we are so close to everything. The kids love to always do the same thing. Walk to the center, go to beach and get dinner. The host are wonderful and very accommodating. The rooms are always clean and the experience is always great staying here.

My sister, cousin, and I are annual visitors to Cape Cod Ocean Manor. This year, we stayed August 10-14, and once again we had an excellent stay! As always, our room, the breakfast room, and other common areas were clean and inviting. Sandra Lee, Ashley, and Martin provide a great experience and make you feel like family. It was great to see Sandra Lee and Martin this year! (Missed you, Ashley!) The location can not be beat. We walked to Kamus Beach as usual to enjoy the ocean. Then on Saturday enjoyed the day basically across the street at Veterans Park for a family picnic. Of course we walked or took the trolley or Uber to various restaurants, shops, etc. You can get around easily from this location. Looking forward to next year at Cape Cod Ocean Manor!

Hats off to Martin for being so accommodating and friendly to the 4 of us! My late father was also from Ireland, so I enjoyed listening to Martin speak. He has a lady that helps w the breakfast, Sandra Lee, and she’s so kind and quite the character! Breakfast includes fresh fruit (a great variety), cereals, muffins and pastries, bagels, coffee, tea and orange juice. We walked to and from town at least 3 times and enjoyed the route and it took about 15 minutes. Lots of restaurants and bars in town and a beach across the street. Only thing I missed was robes and slippers. Thanks Martin and Sandra Lee for the hospitality!

This place is a gem. Affordable, walking distance to multiple beaches, and a very clean room. Martin is incredibly helpful and spent so much time chatting with our young daughters every day about their special trip. Breakfast is Gluten free friendly for those that need it. Everyone here is genuinely pleasant, not the "fake nice because they have to be" experience at a hotel. We look forward to going back.

I stayed at the Ocean Manor the week of June 19, 2023. I have stayed at a lot of small bed and breakfasts, and I have never experienced an innkeeper as involved, welcoming, and helpful as Martin was! Even before I arrived, he called me to thank me for choosing the inn, and just to say he was looking forward to my visit. Over my 3 day visit, he called me several times to ensure my needs were taken care of. He was also very helpful in suggesting restaurants and local sights. My room was large, very clean, and had a private balcony with a view of the marsh and ocean (for a very reasonable nightly rate)! And the location was convenient to beaches and town, but also very quiet and peaceful. I would heartily recommend this inn. Thank you, Martin, for making my stay so pleasant and memorable! Susan

I really enjoyed my weekend getaway to Hyannis and Nantucket and the great hospitality at the Ocean Manor really added so much to my stay. The home is immaculate and all the little touches just make it such a cozy place to stay. The welcome bowl of fruit and local Danish were a real treat! There was a nice selection of cereal, coffee and tea to choose from as well. Martin is a great host - kind, helpful, available. Great suggestions for local beaches and restaurants. I would definitely return to Ocean Manor on future trips to New England

We spent two nights in room 1 on the ground floor overlooking the front of the building. It was a good sized room with a balcony and a view of the marshes. It was spotlessly clean. Martin and Ashley are fabulous hosts and Martin could not do enough to make us feel welcome (even sharing his Irish teabags with me, which was much appreciated). When we asked about walking distances to the restaurants in the centre of Hyannis (20 minute, 1 mile walk), he offered to give us a lift and, when we arrived back from dinner on the first evening, he brought us delicious chocolate coated strawberries. The second evening we enjoyed a slice of Ashley's birthday cake, which was very generous. It felt like we were staying with old friends. The continental breakfast, hosted by Sandra Lee, was amazing; a good selection of cereals (plus non-dairy milk options), teas, coffee, juices, pastries and cheese. You could additionally order toast and bagels. We really enjoyed our stay and would return if we are back in the area.

My wife and I spent a very enjoyable weekend last week on the Cape and, as always, our stay at Cape Cod Ocean Manor positively enhanced our visit so very, very much! Martin and Ashley are the most ideal hosts we have ever encountered over our years of traveling around the world. They are always warm and welcoming and it's quite obvious they love what they do as hosts of this fantastic B&B. We are never disappointed and will come back as often as we can!
