Large, expansive hotel that has not been updated in decades! Common area are drab, hallways leading to the rooms are blue (!), and rooms are equipped with the yellow fluorescent light bulbs giving everyone a jaundice looking skin tone. Each room has a patio with two plastic chairs which were so cheap that we would not have sat in them...

We had an extra vacation day and needed a hotel to stay in, last minute. On a hot august weekend this was the only place available in Hyannis. The price was very reasonable and it was located near a few beaches. Overall, the hotel is dated. There is wear and tear throughout. The sound proofing is awful, you can hear...

I have been to the conference center for many events and am never disappointed in their cleanliness and their care in setting up each event. If your going to the Melody Tent it is right across the street. Walk just a couple of blocks and you are on Main Street in Hyannis. Want to go to the beach? It's about...

I stayed at the Resort and Conference Center for two nights in August 2016 as I was attending a conference at the location. Overall the property is very tired and dated and is in dire need of a significant makeover. The good aspects are the location, which is very close to downtown Hyannis as well as Hyannisport. And the staff...

Hotel is OK. Definitely clean compared to other cape places. The service and attitude staff is horrible. We arrived and had reserved 3 king bed rooms for 5 nights and golf course view. We were told WE reserved the wrong rooms and there are no king beds left. After fighting for 15 minutes with check in staff we take the...

I went to the front desk and complained about this but was basically told that all of the air conditioners are loud and there's nothing they can do about it. Also, the room smelled really bad and musty. There was what looked like mildew in the tub. I have extreme sensitivity to smells and the two nights there triggered awful...

Ok first off let me say I didn't give this hotel a five because of how it looks. It could definitely use some updating. However it's not bad for the money. I gave it a five because of the service I got. Sheila, the concierge was the best part about my stay. She was helpful and friendly. Went above and...

I'm sure this was beautiful at one time, but looks like no money has been put into updating and repairing the hallways, rooms, exterior.... I was there for a conference and the area where the conference was held was nice, but then I had to go back to my room.... The hallways were smelly and the carpeting was horribly stained....

If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel room with pool and golf access, this is the place. While the decor is quite dated, the room was clean and very quiet. The front desk staff was polite and efficient. The resort was filled with families and all seemed happy. We thought our sleep might be interrupted by rowdy teenagers...
