Stayed at the Resort and Conference Center at Hyannis for an event and found the place very tired and worn out. Rooms are nothing fancy and barely as nice as a motel 6. I think it is adequate but certainly not great.

This answer depends on the severity of your asthma condition. This hotel is surrounded by shrubbery, is older, has carpet throughout, and does have an indoor pool which breeds mold as you know. All these are triggers for your condition but you alone need to decide since the fall months may change the outside conditions. Speak to someone at the hotel and maybe there could be a better option for you there. Good Luck!
