Too expensive for the condition of the property and mattresses. Some of the room fronts were actually boarded up. Desk staff was friendly and nice. The room was clean. The bathroom had been updated. The TV was new-ish. The walls were paper thin - we heard every word of our neighbor's conversations. We appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the... More

We stayed here for a weekend and liked it. There were problems: no light near the door, fuzzy TV reception on NESN, no plug in the bathtub. However, the location was convenient, the place was clean, the staff were pleasant and efficient, and the price was right (about $75 a night, half as much as some other places we considered).... Good location within walking distance to restaurants. Our room was freshly decorated and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast (included) was basic and the hotel is pet friendly (for a fee). The air conditioner is located beside the bed, which was uncomfortable. Yes, one wing of the property is not in use, but we found the... More

the worst ever. i am not a complainer but have to post this. The place housed all of the town junkies. The hallway smelled like skunk, there is a tree that fell on part of the hotel that has never been cleaned up. Mattresses up against the walls. People yelling and screaming slamming their balcony doors at all hours of... More

Wasn't sure what to expect. Clearly, part of the motel is closed down. A tree took out a section of a separate wing. Our room is freshly painted, the carpet is new, furnishings ok. fridge and microwave unexpected at this price. Clean but worn bathroom. Roomy. Pool is ok--heavenly on this very hot weekend. Good value and quiet.

Until recently used as a homeless shelter - most of the rooms on the first floor look like crimes scenes which could easily be taken care of by closing the drapes across the sliding doors to hide the mess from guests. This unfortunately would not hide the rooms that are boarded up. I completely washed the bathroom - because the... More

Three of us adults stayed here for a weekend and had no problems. We had a spacious room with two queen beds . Room was clean and comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking the pool ( which was open but we didn't use it). The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a roadside motel that was well worth the money,... More

Clean, large rooms, but very old and worn down. Mattresses are horrible - sleeping on springs and noisy. Bathroom is small and worn. Hallways smell of smoke and rooms smell like deodorizer. Free wifi. Balcony to sit on. Wouldn't stay here again.

My husband and I attended a wedding in Greenfield and needed an affordable place to stay. This hotel had recently had some improvements made but they are not all completed. The mattress on our king size bed needs to be replaced. Other than that, the room was OK. It had a fridge and microwave and a flat screen TV as... More

For the third night (and room) in a row, the heater was not working properly. All night I tried turning up the temperature, and eventually the dial was at 90 degrees but the surrounding air could not have been warmer than 55 degrees, with puffs of cold air coming out of the heater. The next day told the person behind... More
