Recently, we stayed at the Windflower Inn for a family event held nearby. The new owners, Michelle and Tom, had just took over ownership of the inn a few weeks prior but their warmth and hospitality was already apparent. We stayed in Room 7 which had a queen bed, fireplace and fairly modern private bath. The room was very clean,...

I stayed a couple of days after a stressful and sad few months in my life. It was just the thing to refresh my body and soul. The inn is lovely, clean, comfortable -- public areas as well as bedrooms, and in a peaceful, beautiful setting in the Berkshires. The new owners, Tom and Michelle McCarthy outdid themselves in making...

My best friend of 51 years (college roommate) and I have enjoyed visiting the Great Barrington area for the past 35 years. It is something we look forward to with great anticipation. For the past 5 years we have been staying at the Windflower Inn and find it very relaxing, inviting and immaculate. We always enjoyed your conversations with Claudia,...

We stayed at the inn for three nights. Michelle and Tom could not have been more hospitable. They are new innkeepers which I thought was actually a plus. They are trying so hard (and succeeding) to accommodate everyone's needs. The room we had was very spacious and clean. They also added power strips so that there were plenty of places...

Thank you for the kind words. We are enjoying our new life as innkeepers! Cell service is definitely spotty in the Berkshires. We are working on getting a cell booster....fingers crossed!

It was our first visit to the Berkshires but our amazing hosts Michelle and Tom instantly made us feel at home. We fell in love with the warm coziness of the house (decorated with so much taste and attention to details!) and the gorgeous area (a paradise for both outdoor and cultural activities!), and we enjoyed an absolutely wonderful, unforgettable...

The new owners, Tom and Michelle, are delightful hosts! They treated me like family and always had a smile. They were able to answer any questions I had about the area too. The rooms reminded me of my home bedroom and were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was some of the best French Toast I've ever had! The Windflower Inn...

We needed a night away and some friends recommended this inn. Wow, what a great place to stay! The new innkeepers, Michele and Tom, were very accommodating. Even though they are new to the area (and new owners of the inn!), they still recommended a great restaurant in town. Michelle is an excellent baker and made a delicious breakfast of...

First visit to the region and LOVED it! Michelle and Tom were gracious and fun hosts! Michelle is an amazing cook and baker so don't miss breakfast (or cookies!). The quaint B&B is a great base for a day of hiking, or sight seeing/shopping, in the area. The room was nice and the beds so cozy! There is a nice...

Our family used the Inn for a base of operations. The wedding was held next door at the Egremont Village Inn. The Windflower is located across the street from the Egremont Country Club and there's plenty of things to do in the area. The Windflower has common areas and a good breakfast. Enjoyed the stay.

Our family booked the entire Windflower Inn for a two night stay. We had a family wedding in the area. Family members ranged from a 2 year old toddler to a 70 year old and all of us felt welcome and were very comfortable during our stay. There were two large gathering spaces for the family to congregate. There were...
