Simply the best. A perfect B&B experience. The inn keepers are warm and inviting. The room had all the comforts of home. A roaring fireplace in the living room. And the best breakfast we have ever had. This is a foodie's dream B&B. We will be back for sure. You cannot go wrong with this amazing inn!!

We stayed here for 4 days of our 10 day New England trip in early October. What a relaxing and lovely place it is. Lynda is a wonderful host - so helpful if you need anything, yet unassuming. She gave us good advice on where to eat and what so see, yet we know she would not have taken the...

My cousin and I chose this B&B for a September weekend visit to the Berkshires. In looking online for a B&B, I was initially drawn to this one simply by the name. That wonderful water is from a spring about 185 feet underground. Each room has a blue bottle of it on a tray and some glasses so you can...

What can I say that others haven't yet already mentioned? It's hard, because "warm hospitality," "delicious food," "fabulous," are all true. What my husband and I really appreciated were the care and the attention to detail that our hosts Lynda and Andrei lavished on everything. The guest cards with tips on where to hike and what to do were lovely....

This was my husband’s and my first stay in Great Barrington. We were coming for a work weekend, and when we read that breakfast was made with eggs from chickens raised on the property, and that all of the other food was from farmers and artisanal producers in the area, we knew that the Inn at Sweet Water Farm was...

From the moment we arrived Lynda and Andrei made us feel at home. The Inn is a charming old building with beautiful gardens incorporating a hen house. Their attention to detail included port in the living room, freshly made lemonade and tea in the communal refrigerator, artesian water in the rooms as well as the best natural products in the...

Lynda and Andrei, our hosts, do everything to make their guests feel warmly taken care of. Every need is anticipated and tended to. Lynda's breakfasts are beyond delicious; they are personalized to your taste. Everything at Sweetwater is gracious and homey. We would never consider staying anyplace else. Sweetwater is to be treasured.

Wherever we stay in the world we seek out small inns with plenty of atmosphere and home-cooked breakfasts. We always enjoy them but maybe three places have stayed in memory as real standouts over the past 40 years, of these, the Inn at Sweet Water Farm is unquestionably the best. I'd guess we have stayed here 5 times, and Lynda...

Nestled into the pristine and lush landscape of the Berkshires, this historic home flaunts its New England charm and gently welcomes you into sunlit rooms, reading nooks, cozy beds, and the most delicious food you can imagine. It is clear the home is lovingly cared for and you soon realize that you will be given that same loving care. Lynda...
