Staff is very friendly and professional; rooms were clean and very comfortable, but lacked a refrigerator and/or microwave; breakfast was delicious, especially loved the pancake machine! Pool had very limited hours of operation ... as an adult I should be able to use it with or without hotel staff present.

Its sad to say because I hate writing bad reviews but this had to be addressed. No joke, hated it here. First off the spanish lady at the front desk was very cold and rude. We tried for weeks to make a reservation, but they always had an excuse as to why we couldn't. We have always had problems at...

I was there for business and stayed through out the weekend. excellent location for shopping, there are two huge malls just in 1 mile. The rooms were clean and spacious. There was also laundry room which was helpful after long business trip.

I have been staying at this hotel for 4 + years for business and visits to the Boston Area. I always enjoy staying here. The Staff is always pleasant and very helpful. I always feel like this is home away from home in the Boston Area. The Continental Breakfast is always good and the on site Restaurant the British Beer...

This hotel is one more leaky hallway ceiling, one more peeling piece of wallpaper, one more bite of tasteless fake egg patties away from qualifying as a dump! Massachussetts hotels and people just do not have as high a standard/expectation as those in other states I've traveled.

Mark O, I would like to again apologize that your stay was less than standard. As previously mentioned in other correspondence to you the leaking ceiling tiles was an Emergency with the hot water tanks all of the ceiling tiles have been replaced. I know this was not your only problem with the hotel. We are currently undergoing a full...

This is our second visit and I hope that when we return a few things will have changed. The rooms are fine in terms of size and comfort, but they smell horribly. This place needs a breath of fresh air! This was the case last time, about a year ago, and we had hoped they were trying harder to clear...

Nice clean hotel. The restaurant (pretty good) is accessible from inside the hotel, and there are two or three other restaurants within a two-minute walk. I didn't use the pool or sauna, but the pool looked good. The breakfast (included) is very good: fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, whole wheat toast, waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits, etc.

Not the highest end, but if you are looking for something in the Boston burbs, the price and location are good. Staff very nice. Building and halls tired and a bit funky but inside room was nice except when someone nearby started smoking (ewww). Lots of noise from adjacent rooms and I cannot believe i am saying this, but the...

I was initially going to stay at another hotel for convenience, but when I was put on hold for "reservations" and looked at the price online, I decided to check around. I found the price at Best Western to be more favorable, but didn't have high expectations. However, upon check-in and seeing my room I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended...
