Honestly, we were very apprehensive about a hotel in the greater Boston area renting at a value price. Frankly, we were pleasantly surprised. The check-in went smoothly, as did the checkout. The Magnuson Hotel Framingham is very convenient, and easy to get to. We were in the far back of the multi-story building, easy access to the large parking lot... More

I'd give this place 0 or negative stars if I could. Manager was utterly disrespectful and racist. I was traveling as an international student from another town. I didn't have my passport because I'm traveling internationally in a few days and don't want to lose it. The extremely rude and disrespectful manager refused to check me in because "what if... More

I booked this room for one evening because my children and I were headed to Salem, Mass. We decided to book here for one night due to its proximity to The American Girl store that I wanted to take my daughter to. We paid a pretty high price, but considering the area and the comps I found I took my... More

We are always looking to save money when traveling but this hotel not worth the savings. Badly needs to be updated. The carpets are worn and the beds are hard and old feeling. I did not feel safe there because most of the outside doors seemed to be broken. We left the hotel without staying. I would encourage you to... More

There are two sections to this hotel. A six story and a two story. Ask to stay in the two story. It is newer and "more connected". We had constant trouble with our room keys working which also meant having to drive to the check in three times over two days, in the rain, to get the keys reprogrammed. You... More

First the positives, it had a roof and doors that locked.... Now the negatives, when we went into out first room assignment the beds were stripped and all the furniture was laid upon them. The odor in the room was offensive....a strange combination of mildew and stale cigarets. In our second room the smell was only slightly better. The carpeting... More

Peggy at the desk was very helpful. Even sat at the computer with us to map things out. Recommend places to eat and things to see. The room was nice. It was very clean. The only concern was there is no vent in the bathroom so when you shower it gets pretty steamy. Other than that very thing was great.... More

cheap - breakfast included . clean if dated room. better value than the colored roof hotel chain down the road - and cleaner too. breakfast selection better than anticipated and included a funky pancake conveyor machine so your pancakes are hot and fresh.

"MAG" offers a great hotel in a great location with everything you need and nothing you don't and it is a 100% SMOKE FREE facility. The rates are what they are - and seem high to me after mid-west travels - BUT they are in line/identical with ALL their neighbors AND they're the ONLY one here with a full FREE... More

Rooms were basic but clean and spacious / free breakfast was good. Great location - everyone was very friendly - even when we checked in close to midnight. We were traveling w another family - by request they put us in rooms next to each other. I'd def stay again.
