This campground is very nice and I will definitely come back again. My favorite thing about this campground is the bike park. The bike park is amazing and if you love mountain biking I would totally check this out.

Seasonal stay - May 2020 - Oct 2020, $7260.00 paid in advance. Cons - Smoke / Fires - Very Smokey with 100 fires or more going nightly. You can not even take a walk after 6:00 pm without have your clothes smell like you have been in a fire. Can not open your windows at night since it smells like burned out building from all the fires. Behind the seasonal sites are tent sites that burn fires in the morning. WiFi - can not do steaming, WiFi works sporadically. Verizon is jamming the signal and it is degraded for camp ground only, once you leave campground the signal is ok. Noise - I95 traffic very loud all day and night. Train passes close by every night. They allow open pipes on cars, very loud in the morning. Dust - Road are all dusty gravel in the seasonal site sections/throughout campground and all the trucks, heavy equipment, trash removal trucks pass by stirring up the dust continuously throughout the day. PIckleball is a shared court with tennis courts. One or the other can play. End result - I don’t recommend this for 40 plus or seasonal seniors. Talked with a lot of folks and they are not coming back. We left in June for the cape. 1:20 minutes away from campground. Loss all of the $ 7260.00 Pros - If your under 30 and have a fifth wheel with lots of kids, it is a perfect campground. Kids play basketball, swim, ride bikes, stand by fires, lots of noise, loud music truck going through the park, kid events, dust, noise, fires, kid car tracks, and ice cream. Talked to adults with kids, love this place, every year coming back for kid events.

Dear Glenn Z, I'm so sorry to hear that your seasonal experience wasn't what you had hoped for. To so many folks, the scent of a campfire is one of the most positively memorable parts of their camping stay. I know when I leave the Reception Center at night I so look forward the sound and scents of the crackling fires that greet us as we open the doors - I think there's nothing like it! I believe that with Covid, more and more folks are enjoying special family time around the fire as it harkens back to a gentler time. Regarding the wifi, we recently changed carriers and have upgraded our service in an effort to provide our guests with the service they deserve. With so many families now working and schooling from home we know how important it is to keep everyone in touch. Your comments about noise are important to us, you may have seen that with landscaping and structural buffers in place we aim to reduce any noise distractions one might hear when camping towards the back of the park (the advantages of being convenient to major roadways can also have its drawbacks!). I always suggest that when considering a seasonal site at a park that is new to you, that one tries a visit to the park first to be sure we (or wherever your travels might bring you) is a good fit. With this being a large investment it's best to get a feel for it first. Again, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us and we sincerely hope that the remainder of your season is a special one. Sincerely, Lisa Pascale

We booked the weekend after Labor Day plus one extra day. We were in a back-in site with full hook up (W-S-E 50/30/20), fire pit, picnic table, & Wi-Fi. The roads and camp site were a combination of stone dust and gravel making it very easy to travel. They also have pull thru sites with patios. This campground is pet friendly and the guest we interacted with were extremely friendly. The staff was more than helpful, courteous, & friendly. We had been to this campground some four years ago, enjoyed our stay this time, and will return again.

We have camped at many campgrounds over the past 10 years and this place is the best. There is simply no comparison in my opinion. We have heard so many positives and they are all true. This place has the best amenities, huge pull thru sites, immaculately clean, awesome bmx track, rc course, two baseball fields and an awesome pool complex. We ordered food one night and it was really good, we were shocked at the quality. I do not have one negative thing to say about the customer service and our overall experience. Plan ahead and do yourself a favor and experience camping the Normandy Farms way, you will not regret your decision to do so. Thank you Normandy Farms for a superior camping weekend! We will be back annually and probably twice per year if there is availability.

We haven't been to this campground for 15 years. My daughter and son in law go every year. We decided we would go with them, but in a different site. Everything was great. The people were very friendly. We will be back.
