Nestled deep in the woods between Boston & Cape Cod, Normandy Farms is a luxury camping destination that has been a family tradition since 1971 and widely recognized as one of the premier camping resorts in the world. Relax and enjoy the unique seasons of New England in your RV or in one of our unique glamping rentals. Either way, your family is sure to have a truly memorable vacation.
We spent the month of June at Normandy FArms camping resort. I must say it is the ultimate campground for those with kids who are trying to keep them busy. It has a full activity schedule once schools let out, and all the facilities you could ask for, from tennis, Pickleball, horseshoes, bocce, volleyball, softball fields, fishing ponds, weight room, sauna, pools and hot tubs.
The facilities are top notch and you almost think you are in a Disney location the way everything is designed and cared for. The staff is excellent and always seem to have a smile on their faces or a friendly greeting.
My only gripe is the cost. For a couple just looking for a simple camping experience and a nice place to go it is priced very high. But for a family looking for a couple weeks of rest and activities it is well worth the cost as the children will not be bored.
Unfortunately we will not be back here next year as they say they are already booked solid.....which shows how popular Normandy Farms is.

My Wife and I spent the long Veterans day weekend at Normandy farms along with our teenage Grandson. Although it was a very cold weekend the campground was full as usual. There was a local fire ban so no open fires, no propane fire pits only grills were allowed. Bummer. This campground is always booked with good reason, it's immaculately maintained, the staff is excellent the sites are well kept and the public spaces are beautiful. They have all the typical activities most campgrounds have. They do have a rc track and a nice BMX area but with that said here's my wishlist. A mini golf course, maybe themed hayrides for family's, a splash pad of some sort for the little ones,a jumping pillow,my granddaughter loves them. Teens really love Lazer tag, a bigger better gameroom. This campground definitely has the space to do more of these types of things. They always get top ratings and are well deserved regarding the grounds there immaculately maintained the shower facilities are spotless. But as far as things to do they could be so much better. They would easily earn that top spot if they added some of the things mentioned. Normandy farms definitely has the space and the resources do some of these things. If KOA can do it NF could do it better. 🤞 Also it's always been my thought that campgrounds should have designated areas for campers with pets.I realize its not a popular opinion but I have been to some campgrounds that do and it's something I do appreciate. Most pet owners are responsible but If you pay high nightly fees like we do here in the northeast, to me it's unfair to have to listen to barking dogs at your neighbor's site when you were looking for a quiet weekend of camping. All in all NF is always a very well run campground.

Dear Michael P, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're so glad you, your wife, and grandson had a great stay with us over the Veterans Day weekend. We truly appreciate your kind words about our campground’s maintenance, staff, and cleanliness—it's always wonderful to hear that our efforts to create a well-kept environment are being noticed. Our apologies on the timing of the statewide ban on campfires, we truly appreciate the support we received from our understanding guests. Just down the street from us, the state forest fell victim to a large, approximately 10-acre land/brush fire which fortunately was contained before it spread to neighboring homes. We also appreciate your thoughtful suggestions for additional amenities. It’s clear you have a great understanding of what can make a campground even more enjoyable for a wide range of guests. We’ll definitely take your ideas into consideration as we continue to explore ways to enhance the guest experience. I think you'll be happy with next season's improvement (keep your eye on our website). Your feedback is incredibly valuable as we plan for future upgrades! Regarding pet areas, we understand your perspective, and while it's not always a popular opinion, we do take it into account when considering ways to accommodate all types of guests. We’ll look into how we can balance creating a peaceful environment for everyone while also offering designated spaces for those traveling with pets. Thank you again for your continued loyalty and for recognizing all that we do here at Normandy Farms. We look forward to welcoming you and your family back for many more stays! Sincerely, Lisa Pascale

Normandy farms is one of the best campgrounds we've been to the grounds are immaculate, the staff is friendly and the shower facilities are the cleanest and best you will ever find. There were some things on our stay we thought were unusual for this resort the staff at kampers kitchen constantly made mistakes with our orders. When we ordered they were to busy talking to each other and not being attentive. Also the menu was not what was listed online. They also have a issue with road dust probably because their always laying new gravel to keep up with the grounds only mentioning it because when we were there it was really bad. This place has everything you could want in a campground although I wish they would add a mini golf course instead of disc golf which seems to go mostly unused. The only other issue which is at most camping resorts is campers who bring multiple dogs, set up kennels so when someone walks by every dog in the area goes off ughhh. I wish campgrounds would have pet specific sites so non pet campers don't have to deal with constant barking. All in all this is a beautiful campground. One of the best around.

Dear Michael P, Thank you for staying at Normandy Farms, and sharing your experience with us. I'll be sure to let our team know how positive you felt about interacting with them and the amazing job the Housekeeping and Maintenance teams do to keep the park at its very best. It is disappointing to read that your visit to the Kamper's Kitchen fell a bit short. The food services are operated by a private outside vendor. I will share your concerns with them to help improve the experience of future guests and to ensure these issues are not repeated. While we know this cannot change your experience, we do hope you will accept our apologies and have our assurance that we will work with them to improve going forward. With regard to the road dust, we stay on top of it as best we can and fortunately the recent rains should help our efforts. Thanks for the heads-up about our four-legged guests. I'll share your thoughts with my management team - we meet frequently to discuss areas where that might need a bit of tweaking and this could be one of those. Thank you once more for your generous remarks, it was our pleasure accommodating you and we look forward to your next visit. Best, Lisa Pascale

The staff here seems to be on a power-trip or they dislike kids/families. I've never felt so disrespected and unwelcome as a paying customer. The campground is practically empty. There are no other guests using the facilities. This morning I was working in the "Adult Lounge" and my 9-year old was playing in the other lounge. I couldn't work in the other lounge because the music was too loud and you cannot eat or drink. I wanted to have a soda. After about an hour, my daughter came over to the Adult Lounge to check in with me. An employee came up before I could even find out what my daughter was asking. I told her that my daughter was not going to stay and would only be there a minute. The employee then told me that she could not even be there a minute because they store alcohol up there. I cannot believe that she actually implied that my 9-year old was going to break into the liquor cabinet?! With all of the gates/fences/locks around this place, I can't imagine that the liquor is the only thing not locked up? This is ridiculous.
Yesterday, I took the kids to the rec room and an employee yelled at them that they could not get on the stage. I took them to the pool and was told they could not sit in the hot tub with me. I was the only one there. They also were not allowed to sit on the side of the hot tub or put their feet in it. When I asked why, the employee said it was for their health. I'm their mother...nobody cares about their health more than I do. They cannot swim between 8:00-9:00 pm because that's adult time....but nobody else was in the pool.
Maybe they're discriminating against us because the kids are homeschooled? We have stayed at many RV resorts and campgrounds all over the country (and Canada) and never experienced anything like this. It's truly bizarre. It's called a "Family Camping Resort" but it seems more like a resort catering to empty-nest adults that happens to have a couple of playgrounds and pools around just for website photos.

Dear Karissa, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations. When you made your reservation on our website, you only paid for two adults and excluded your children. This was confusing as while enjoying the hot tub, you advised our team that your 9-year-old was 18 and that the two of you were the only ones occupying your site. When I had called to discuss your stay after your first negative review, you were out for a walk with your kids (plural). In your second review you refer to your kids (plural) and there appeared to be a total of 5 on your site. The guidelines that we have for our pools, recreational areas, and buildings are posted online and at our facilities. They are intended for all guests to promote a safe and enjoyable experience, so rest assured, there was no discrimination. We are very proud to have an amazing team and most reviews reflect the same sentiment from our guests; however, many of our team were not comfortable with you videoing them and your confrontational manner with which you spoke. This combined with your refusal to follow many of the park's guidelines, made the experience very challenging. We understand that Normandy Farms is not the best fit for you and your family, but we remain committed to providing excellent guest service and will continue to do that to the very best of our ability.

This has to be the best RV campground we have stayed at and we have traveled from California to Boston. Everything about it is professional. Staff are great to speak with (Shout out to Dee at the front office who helped us numerous times whether it was a question or a moved site) Place is very clean. Easy to maneuver (35' fifth wheel) Great amenities. Biggest dog park ever. We stored our rig for 2 days when we went to Cape Cod overnight. Had a dinner delivery to the front office who called us when it arrived. We have nothing negative to say about this park or its staff. Just outstanding. Thanks again Dee...great smile all the time!

Check in was quick and easy with directions to our site easy to understand. Almost all the sites were pull through and full service. And they were good size. There are a lot of bathrooms scattered around with washing machines and driers as well as toilets and showers. They were so well kept I was really impressed. As to what you can do they seemed to have it all. Numerous pools ( heated and I heated), including a indoor one. A few really nice playgrounds. A BMX park. Dog park. Etc. etc. etc. The weekend we were there they had numerous food trucks. They were expensive and just ok. Wait times were long. Everything was just great. BUT all this comes at a price.

This is our second visit to the campground and we were very impressed again. The staff is great. I wish I could remember everyone's name we interacted with. They know how to take care of their guests. The bathrooms are cleaned on a regular basis. We enjoyed many of the amenities offered especially all the games. The only negative was the take out food. You were supposed to be able to order via the phone but it sent you to a voice mail not associated with the cafe. In trying to contact them I spend about 15 minutes working my way through the automated system but was not able to connect. But overall that was a minor annoyance. The one thing I really liked is that the sites were very clear and there was not issue with poison ivy at the site. Our site was also very quiet.

The people that helped us were very personable and professional. The grounds are immaculate and seeing as though this is our first time ever camping in an RV I’m afraid we’ve been spoiled. Would not hesitate to recommend Normandy Farms and hope we can get there again in the future.

Not sure about the below answer regarding Pigeon Forge, but if your inquiring about Normandy Farms in Mass the best bet is to either check their website or call them. They are extremely friendly and the camp resort is awesome - with many sites, cabin rentals and great amenities.
We drove and parked at the Riverside metro station. Without any traffic, it takes about 30 minutes. Then the metro ride to the Fenway station takes a little less than 30 minutes. Parking at the Riverside station was $5 I think. Have fun!
