On the plus side: easy bike or car ride or reasonable walk to center of Falmouth, which has really good restaurants and nice shops. Pleasant town. Easy ride to beach. Our full kitchen had all new appliances and was decently equipped, but small. Bed was firm, very good. Minus side: paper thin walls, so any noise no matter how small from above or next door is an assault. Very small, cramped sitting/area--more like a small foyer. Bedroom large, with walk-in closet: this unit was reconfigured strangely from some earlier function. One-bedroom, ground floor, dark, view of the underside of a staircase in front and a run-down overgrown fence in back. Staff were nice. This is a good place to use (only) as a base, to explore the town, surrounding area, rest of cape. I'm sure some units are better, but it looks like a converted motel overall, and I'd guess ALL the walls and floors/ceilings are paper thin--more than most timeshares.…
lovely resort, conveniently located for access to the rest of Cape Cod and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Good restaurants, shopping and beaches nearby! Resort staff was wonderful, welcoming and unit was very comfortable and spotlessly clean!
Great hotel. Convenient location. Restaurants nearby. A little loud/busy as it is on a main drag. Great hub for exploring the Cape and South Coast of MA. Ferry to Martha's Vineyard across the street. Room was good sized. Comfortable bed. Nice TV. Kitchenette was good sized. I would happily stay here again!
Clean and safe. Location walking distance to ferry! Close to downtown Falmouth!!!! Neighborhood feels like home! Unit was fully equipped and I like that the towels were a nice color than white and not that bleach smell! Will definitely Come back!
My wife, I, and our 2 teenage kids stayed at the Innseason Resort for a week in July. Weather was great and we enjoyed the area and having some time to relax and get away from things for a week. Resort is located a short walk (20 minutes) from beaches and from the Falmouth business district. Very convenient to walk everywhere we needed to go locally. There is a nice small market 1 block away so we just used this whenever we needed to buy something for cooking. The resort overlooks Falmouth harbor and has a great water setting and views of the boats. Nice walking on multiple paths to explore the area. Centrally located for quick day trips North into the Cape or even down to Newport Road Island. This resort is a motel style unit and rooms we had would be considered efficiencies with a very small kitchen, 2 burner cook top and no oven. As we like to cook at least one meal each day, the kitchen was a bit of a challenge. Luckily we needed two side by side units for our family so we utilized both kitchens when cooking meals. Kitchens were dark (think cooking in a cave by firelight and it would be accurate). Only a small under cabinet light was installed and no ventilation. Smoke alarm was set off more than once. Bathrooms are smaller than tiny- reminded my of traveling in Japan. Old tubs and shower. It was a tight squeeze even for normal and petite size people. Bathroom ventilation was severely under powered so the bathrooms could function as a steam sauna if desired (LOL). Fake fireplace was a nice touch and put out heat into the room. We didn't use other than for testing it during summer vacation but I can see how this would help in the winter time. Air conditioners worked but one unit was noisy and rattled. The pool areas was nice and we used it when not going to the beach. No on-sight laundry but there is a laundry-mat 2 blocks away.. The main beds were comfortable - one unit had a fold down full size Murphy bed and the other unit was a queen size bed. The advertised fold out mattresses in the sofa would rated -1 on a scale of 0-10. Thin mattresses and they appears sticky and not clean. We didn't use and I would recommend not using them The units functioned like hotel rooms with daily room service for towel exchange, bed making, trash pick-up. This was a nice touch but there is a small fee (worth it for the service). …
