I made a last minute reservation and stayed in a studio that can sleep 2-4 using a convertible sofa. It is roomy, clean and beautifully maintained just a ten minute walk from the stores and restaurants on main street. In addition it is a few minutes ride to ant of the sites in the area off season at least)

My wife and I stayed 2 nights, arriving after 2PM. A nice receptionist made the check in quick and easy with identification, credit card payment and registering our car. After she went over the 3 page information packet, we moved our car near the central pool to easily access our 1st floor room. #117 a was spacious with a Murphy queen, fully outfitted bathroom and kitchen with table, large couch, then 2 chairs and table centered on a working gas fireplace. Above was a TV with many channels(packet included a full guide.
After doing laps in the 85 degree 20 yard pool, we walked 200 yards to the west to pass the active Falmouth Raw Bar-Restaurant, 200 further to the Windfall Market and the next day 200 yards south to the 9 AM Island Queen ferry. Spending the day at Martha’s Vineyard and returning to a warm inviting room was our goal and this 60+ room resort was the perfect choice at ~ $140/ night.

Our Room 101 unit was spacious, bright and comfortable with a superior kitchen. Lots of counter space, working and storage space. We enjoyed many great meals. The bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom were very clean and well connected. The cleaning staff and were very helpful and welcoming. We loved the harbour view from our unit and property was well maintained. The location was close to the downtown shopping areas and to a large Stop and Shop store and other popular outlets. We enjoyed access to over 10 beautiful beaches just minutes away by car. Overall, a great time was had by all! Thank you. We look forward to returning.

When we arrived, we met two young people at the front desk. They knew of our reservation asking for a first floor due to the fact that my partner needed having a location that was easily accessible due to his disability. We were told they did not have a first floor location. We were staying as part of our timeshare relocation with RCI. When we saw our room we were aghast at the fact that it had a Murphy bed and a pull out sofa. When we went to the front desk, the person in charge actually agreed that we did have a bed but then changed his tune when he went back and met with another young person at the desk . We were then told that they were remodeling most of the rooms but our room had not been done. We had no choice but to ask for assistance at the front desk. The beds were unacceptable and could not be slept on and probably hadn't been upgraded for several years. I understand that they're remodeling the rooms but they kept us in an inferior room for he entire time, knowing it was inferior.. Location was great but beware of inferior front desk people who have minimal experience working with people with disabilities and do not take that into account. They may also not understand the disability act that the government provides. There is no elevator to the second floor and I understand that they will help you bring the luggage up but the room was extremely inferior for the beautiful location. I'm hopeful that they'll redo this room before next year so no one has to go through the horrible experience we had in sleeping in a room that had horrific beds and was in a location that was difficult for a disabled person to get out of and go and enjoy the area.

We had a one bedroom unit that was very clean and checkin was quick and easy. Theres a store within walking distace that saved us a lot of money. Windfall Market was it's name It had organtic foods, fruits, vegtables, a bakery, and they had a lot of prepared meals that where better then some resturants we've been to. So we would just walk over there and grab what we wanted for dinner, lots to chose from like pasta, fish and clam chowder, stuffed pork chops all very good. paid 6-15.00 all so good and fresh. Everythin we did was a shot ride away, went to visit the beach, lighthouses and Knob Hill thats a great place to go, we watched the sunset over the ocean. Very relaxing vacation already planning on going there next year.

I recently stayed one evening at the Innseason Resort. Not sure what their rates are during the summer, but the cost to stay during the off-season was incredibly affordable, especially for what you get!

I loved my stay. The staff were extremely accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable (and, to me, didn't seem particularly "outdated" as described in other reviews). The room was spacious and suite-style with a kitchen that had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. Had plenty of hot water and soft, large towels in the bath. Could easily control the temp in the room with the thermostat. TV/cable and wifi worked great. Also really liked how many windows there were in the room, allowed for plenty of natural light.

I drove into town for Main St. shops/restaurants, but I think it would probably be walkable from the hotel as well. The harbor across the street made for a picturesque setting. I also think it's important to note I traveled solo and I felt very safe staying here. I would stay here again any time and would recommend it to others!

This unit had two very spacious bedrooms. The air conditioning worked very well, and was not too loud. The Kitchen was modern and full sized, the only downside being that the only seating was High Top or Bar Stool which can be a difficulty for anyone with leg issues or such. The ferries are a quick stroll away, and Main Street amenities are a short walk. Very Central to activities. If you want to go to the beach, you can arrange to go to either of the other Innseason locations at the front desk, and park there to enjoy beach access. All in all a great spot!

The unit was huge, with a walk-in closet, large bathroom and well-equipped kitchenette. The bed and bedroom were large and spacious, and the lounge was very comfortable - plenty of storage in the unit. The resort is perfectly located across to the Harbour hosting the Island Queen for trips to Martha's Vineyard. Falmouth provides easy access to visit many of the area's beautiful points of interest. Unfortunately, we didn't have the weather to use the pool, but the grounds were immaculate, parking was great (car visible from room). Cleaners came in every day! Probably one of the best apartments we have stayed in.

If I had 0 starts I would give it.

They had a booth by six flags New England. I visited the booth as I was walking in. They put me in for their review and had me pay 40$ security, which they were going to give me back when I visit them. All was fine. They had the "flight tickets" deal all other reviews talk about.

I read the reviews to see what the catch was before making a trip. I felt good about them for providing the free tickets and still people complaining for paying hotel stay. I was going to buy tickets and even identified where I want to go.

I went on Sept 10, 2022. I arrive at their resort google showed in Yarmouth. That's the only location google showed in the entire cape. I went there 15 mins earlier than schedules time. Turns out they don't have anything there. I called them. They said it's in Falmouth and that it should take 30 mins and I'm fine for a 15 mins delay.

I drove to the Falmouth address. There was traffic. I rushed and tried to be there asap and felt good for accommodating me. It took 45 mins still. I got there 1230. My appointment was at 12. I go in and checking in and wait was another 2-3 min.

The guy comes to me. His first question was "are you single?..." I said yes I'm single. That influenced his decision clearly even though he said it wouldn't. Why would he ask if I'm single otherwise? He said "sorry cut off is 1230.

More often gay people are single you idiot. Discriminating based on single is totally unacceptable. I felt very bad. Single won't go on vacation?

We aren't entirely sure what you mean, so we are going to have to answer No. Do you mean taller toilet seats? Or a seat in shower?

What is the timeframe for the "seasonal" ferry to Martha's vineyard?

The Island Queen just stopped its daily runs. It usually runs from Memorial Day (maybe a little later) through Columbus Day. The Steamship Authority is year round. Best to check their websites before making plans...and be warned....sometimes rough seas cancel runs!

It really depends where the studio is. Some have full size sofa beds or Murphy Beds, some Queen. I suggest calling the front desk if you want a specific size, or have a question about your reservation. 508-548-4300

Depends on the week and unit size. Can go from $1500 and up probably. I have a summer week for rent if interested.
