We loved our visit to Beach Breeze Inn. Walt, the Innkeeper, was extremely professional, courteous and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed for 6 days in June and loved it! Our room was clean, light and spacious. I would definitely come back and also highly recommend.
My wife and I were looking for a place to go for a 4-day weekend with our 18 year old son and 16 year old daughter. One trip before we send our son to college. I had every plan to use this Inn as a home base to explore the Cape. Until we pulled up to the Inn. It is out of a book about Cape Cod. The wrap around porch with comfy rocking chairs, the Adirondack chairs scattered throughout the perfectly kept property and beautiful flowers, the nice patio and pool outback, the fire pit with S’mores every night, the beach nick nacks all over, the books to read, the games to play, cornhole and of course the beautiful beach 100 ft down the street with a view of Martha’s Vineyard . . . All of these things make you just forget about your plans. You can’t help but relax. Spent a lot of time talking to Don, the owner. He’s got great stories about the history of the Inn and has great suggestions for what to do. The town is 1/2 mile away and packed with great restaurants. The beach is clean and quaint with clean restrooms and a food stand. Close to the Bike Path that runs from Wood Hole and Northern points which is a must do. You can rent bikes for $19 at Corner Cycle in town. The Beach Breeze Inn is absolutely perfect. We were in the Nobska Suite on the 3rd floor. When you first get to the room, you’re thought is “this is going to be loud in the morning “. You think the hardwood floors will creak and things will echo. Not at all the case. So quiet. Can’t say enough good things. And they’ve thought of everything - ice machine, coolers to use, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons. One note about the location on the Cape - a lot of attractions are a drive. And while 22 miles to the Drive-in in Wellfleet doesn’t sound far, it takes an hour and a half. That’s the story with the Cape in the summer. That being said, no reason to go anywhere when staying at the Beach Breeze. Thanks Don and crew.…
Stayed in a 2 bedroom efficiency. Rooms were clean and all necessary items (cups, plates, bowls, utensils) were supplied in the kitchen area. Loved the fact that it had a full sized refrigerator. There is not a stove/oven but there is a microwave and toaster oven. Beds were comfortable. Grounds were beautiful and ample spots to sit and relax. Pool and firepit were not open per Covid but looked nice. Walt checked in with us everyday to ensure we had everything we needed. Very close to the bike path and area around the Inn was very flat - great for walking and running. Ocean was just around the corner. I would definitely recommend staying at the Beach Breeze Inn.
The Beach Breeze Inn is the best place to stay in the Cape. Right across the street from the ocean and facing Martha's Vineyard, the Beach Breeze make a very relaxing stay. I stayed with my two young daughters this weekend and they loved everything about the Beach Breeze again. The bunk beds were a huge hit, hot chocolate for them in the morning and the ocean-style decor is quite elegant. Walt, the Innkeeper is simply awesome and is very attentive to every detail for each guest. My daughters asked....when can we go back? Bravo Walt!!!!
The Inn is in a beautiful old Cape Cod House, which has been lovingly restored and updated and has all the modern conveniences Our room was very nicely furnished and we awoke to an amazing view out of our window of the ocean and Martha's Vineyard in the distance!
