Delightful property, just off main street, just a minute away from shops and restaurants. Comfy bed, fridge, microwave, all you could need. Indoor pool was warm and well maintained ( the outdoor pool was being filled in preparation for the summer season). The real credit goes to the staff, the nicest, friendliest of our vacation. Rhey were wonderful.

Quaint historical inn 1 block off main street restaurants and shops. Bed was very comfortable. My room had a window air conditioner that worked well and wasn't too noisy. Breakfast is included or a wonderful french bakery is a 5 minute walk away. Would book again because of great location.

My wife and I stayed here for two days in July to see local sights and take ferry to MV for the day. Highly recommend Falmouth area for short vacation. The ShoreWay Acres Inn was convenient to town and ferry and the grounds were neatly maintained. There are several buildings. We stayed two nights in the one with the indoor pool and where breakfast was served. The room was large with a refrigerator and a step-down (be careful) area with a table and two chairs. The room, key-operated door and accommodations are rather dated, particularly the bathroom with its very cramped tub/shower, unusually small toilet and lack of a vent. The tub and soap holder appeared to have not been cleaned. Towels were skimpy. The breakfast was excellent and made even better with the friendliness and competence of Paula and Stephen. For what we paid to stay at this Inn, it was rather ordinary. We expected more.

Just recently stayed with family, so we had 4 rooms. This is a old Inn. Great location, can walk to town. Staff is friendly and polite. One member of party had to go back to front desk and change room because the room they gave them wasn't cleaned yet. Rooms varied. We had two rooms in the bldg with the pool. Large, clean (except one had lots of mold on one section of the ceiling that was coming down in flakes), hard wood floors (I like no carpeting), fridge, microwave, coffee/tea, iron/board, hairdryer. Bed is very soft, but comfortable, all white linens. One room had two doors to enter, with two rooms and a shared bathroom. Very cramped. Just enough room to walk around the bed in one of the rooms, the other had a little more room. Carpet was old. Shower ended up with black in the standing area after a few showers. Last room had two doors to enter, two rooms, two bathrooms. I went to the front desk to tell them about the mold and the staff wrote it down and said they would tell management. I didn't expect much as they were booked and I was only there 3 nights and didn't figure out where the black mess on the table was coming from until the 2nd day. I at the very least expected a call. I hope they fix that issue. I don't know that I would stay here again because of the mold. Mostly because they didn't even contact me about the issue. No one else had mold, but the shower floor turning black isn't great either. I will be back in Falmouth often as I have family there, but I will look into other properties instead of going back here. Since we were visiting family I can't comment on the property other than the rooms as we basically just showered and slept here.

We were booked into the Shoreway Acres Hotel by Trailfinders otherwise we would have turned tail and left.
We were in room 135 which was typical of the rooms in the indoor swimming pool block.
I can only describe the hotel and room as very tired old and dirty
The hotel is positioned in large grounds and close to the town centre but clearly it is in need of major investment.

The ShoreWay Acres Inn and Cape cod lodgings has a multitude of different buildings. On arrival we were allocated a room in the building that houses the indoor pool. This hotel is an older hotel with older decor, however our room was spacious and clean, and contained a large sofa refrigerator and small table and chairs. We had a large comfortable bed, I would say the accommodation might not be to everyone’s taste, but it was comfortable and functional.

This hotel looks so much better in the photos than it is in reality. It is very outdated and tired. Our room was clean enough but the communal areas were a bit grubby. A breakfast was included but very poor with little choice.
The hotel is in a good location both for the Main Street in Falmouth and the beach, there is plenty parking.

Although in a good location, the room was lacking in other ways. It was a standard outdated motel room with a very comfy bed. I booked because it advertised breakfast included. COVID apparently caused them to stop their hot breakfast, and no other options were made available. Check-in was efficient and unfriendly. It was pricey for what we needed (without the hot breakfast) The only issue we had was a fallen ceiling tile in our room which was taken care of when we reported it. The area was convenient to downtown Falmouth.

We decided last minute to visit the Cape and were fortunate that the Shoreways had a room still available for us. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived as we were so close to everything ( the main strip, the ferry and the beach - all within 10-15 min walk). The staff was so friendly and accommodating and the rooms were very spacious. My daughter loved that there was both an outdoor and indoor swimming pool and enjoyed the carriage swings on the property. Even though the hotel is abit outdated, it was very comfortable, clean and charming. I look forward to visiting again (hopefully in the fall).

We were staying for a couple of nights and this was perfect for that. Only downside is that it doesn't have electric vehicle charging which is pretty much a requirement for us these days. The room was clean and spacious. The fridge/freezer and microwave came in very useful

Hi I would think it's about half to three quarters of a mile straight down the road to the beach. Sorry we didn't walk it. Only a few minutes in the car. A lot of the beach area everywhere on the Cape is owned by all the mansions alongside it so there's not a huge amount of access but I seem to remember stopping somewhere along there and taking a peek. Please note, we went out of season and could actually stop on the road! Highly recommend going just before the season starts as most resorts only have one car park and each is $20-30 to park. Hope this helps.
