This is such a sweet little hotel with a reasonable price. We used it as a way to go to Martha's vineyard without paying to stay on the island. It is walking distance to the Island Queen Ferry, and also to the shops and restaurants in Falmouth. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the pool was nice (they have towels available), and the manager was accommodating, letting us leave our car parked on our last day after we checked out. We will absolutely go back. It's a really nice, affordable option in Cape Cod. My only complaint is that it would be nice to have a microwave but the fridge is really helpful. There is a great cafe right next door, too! Falmouth, Woods Hole, and Martha's Vineyard have so much to offer! Mariner Motel was a great place to stay to enjoy this area.

This cute, super clean motel may well be the best I've stayed in. The decor is like a nantucket-style cottage with dried flowers, succulents, beach art, and fun comforters. Very quiet rooms and we didn't hear any road traffic or other room conversations. The other 5 star reviews are spot on, it's truly the bang for the buck and in the heart of Falmouth. Just a note, the pool is not as large and in a shadier area than it looks in photos...if you are planning to use it. Otherwise- fantastic stay.

This is exactly what we look for.....NOT cookie cutter name brand hotels/motels. This is a motel of about 40 rooms or so....each with so much "charm"....clean as a whistle....asked if we wanted bathtub or shower.......the gentleman in the office was as helpful as could be....always bustling about asking how you are....there was an outdoor swimming pool open at own risk and you are never more than 15 minutes from all kinds of fast food, delis etc. He said you could walk to the ferry to MV but we went early and parked in a lot for $20 for the day and were glad we did. Would definitely go back....... just loved the ambiance....

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Booked a room for 2 nights and only stayed one night because the room was so DISGUSTING. Bathroom sink was broken, Mold was all over the bathroom, door broken and the entire room smelled like mold and mildew. We found it so hard to breathe that we immediately checked out once the office was open. Vue said he would return $$ for unstayed night but then we realize we were charged the full stay. We contacted the hotel and the guy on the phone refused to provide his name and hung up the phone. How Shady!!! They have not returned our money and are constantly dodging our calls! RUN DO NOT STAY HERE! VERY SHADY DISRESPECTFUL OWNERS!!!!

This is an older motel. However it is the best kept Motel in all of Falmouth,Ma. Every room has been redone with everything from the rugs to the beds to all the inside of the location. The owner Vu is always on top of everything all day long. Work with him on the rates if you deal direct with him. The best nights sleep I have had in years. the place is spotless clean. He lives on the property . There is a nice small heated pool if you want it. The location can not be beat. Close to the beaches, the Ferry, downtown Falmouth, restaurants. It is a very quiet location with your parking at the door of your room. This is the kind of place you will want to return to year after year. The rooms are very roomy, the bathrooms are all new as are all the items in the rooms. We had a King room and it was awsome. King being the bed size. My wife is the most fussy person in the world and could not find a thing wrong and said. "I will go back here again" I never heard her say that, Ever. So from Location to price to being close to where you want to go this is truly the best deal in the area. Great for a family or just by yourself, I truly recomend this Gem.oh yes, this man is so nice he helped us unload our car into our room. Really.
