We stayed for a night for the 4th of July and rented 3 rooms for family. The rooms and common areas are extremely outdated. My bigger issue was that there was a bathroom being utilized by what seemed to be the public, huge line of intoxicated people, no masks, that my family had to try to walk through to get to my room. In addition, the collection of trash in the parking lot, lining the ocean water was distasteful. They may want to consider moving their dumpsters away from the entrance. There was a low battery alarm beeping all night and no answer or response from the front desk. Overall, not a great experience and the issues could be fixed with little effort.

Chose this because it was one of the only pet-friendly places in the area we needed to stay. Definitely clean and maintained well enough but nothing fancy. Staff was friendly, but the double beds were uncomfortable and my back would probably not have tolerated any more than the 2 nights we stayed (and I'm 33 and don't usually have many problems!) Additionally my partner found it difficult to get the AC to a comfortable level for him to sleep. We certainly could have enjoyed our stay more if the amenities (pool, breakfast, coffee etc) had not been unavailable due to COVID but that's not the hotel's fault. But as such it was not a great value.

Due to the Covid virus most amenities were closed. Our room was at the very front of the inn and the parking lot was at the very back of the inn. We were placed on what was the equivalent of the third floor with no elevator service. We had to lug our luggage up and down the stairs upon arrival and departune. We had maid service the morning after our first night and none the morning of our second night. I called the front desk and they said they were sorry. Upon checking out I was asked how we enjoyed our stay and I noted how our room was not serviced after our 2nd night stay. I was told there is no maid service. I noted we had it after our first night and also noted I had called and noted same to the front desk. I was told once again they were sorry. Two sorries don't make it right or acceptable. Given this is the era of the pandemic, I guess I can chalk it up to another virus experience.

I hired the event's coordinator Stephanie and her assistant Amy to help me plan my wife's 40th birthday party and we pulled off an amazing night. The staff, the food, the stay was a wonderful experience. They helped with hiring actors for an 1980s Murdery Mystery show, we and our guests all dressed up in our best 80s outfits and it was a magnificent and fun filled event! I have used their private rooms in the past for functions and eat at their restaurant a lot and highly recommend checking this place out for all it has to offer. A big thanks to Stephanie, Amy, Jami, and to the staff at the Seaport Inn and Marina Fairhaven MA! You're all wicked awesome! Mark Rochette

We planned a pool/sleepover party for my daughters 13th birthday. Everyone had a great time. The pool is great. We were even allowed to use the breakfast room to hold our party. Staff was friendly and accommodating! The double bed rooms are very small. This is my only complaint. Great location as well!
