As someone who is not a gambler, I had pretty high expectations for the 2 nights we stayed here over the Christmas holiday. I left very impressed and excited to return. Rooms are quite large, bright and there is also an Alexa to assist. The bed and the pillows were comfortable and as mentioned by other reviewers, you don't hear noise in the hallway or from other rooms. The food is outstanding. Wished we could have tried everything! Ate in Fratelli the first night and thought it was really good and not overpriced. Girlfriend enjoyed Red 8 while I enjoyed Cheese Meet Wine. Had lunch both days in Frank & Nick's and it fit the bill. Most of all, really loved breakfast in Garden Cafe. Had an omelet the first morning and the Wagyu NY Strip the second morning. Definitely one of my favorite hotel breakfast over the last few years of travel! I agree that its not the most ideal place for kids because they can't access the restaurants that are actually in the casino but I know my son would like Cheese Meet Wine and the breakfast in Garden Cafe. Did not get a chance to try Rare so that will be next time. Also loved the large/airy/bright fitness center. Had a minor hiccup checking in by Daniel. Claimed our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4-ish and wound up giving us (unknowingly) a handicapped accessible room claiming it was the only one left. Called downstairs and immediately switched to another room that was "miraculously" available! In addition, with my Amex Platinum was all too happy to upgrade me, (if I was willing to pay.) and didn't seem to know the perks as I had to remind him about the automatic 4pm late checkout. Aside from that, was an outstanding stay and was sad to leave after the second night. Will definitely be returning!…
Frustrating that so many reviews are focused on the casino. Those should be entirely separate from a stay at this elegant, magnificent hotel. The grounds, appointments, menus and service were as amazing as they are in Vegas. Wynn hotels are in a class of their own... their architectural design, textiles, and luxury touches throughout are out of this world (love the toiletries cabinet in the bathroom). All the restaurants are great, but we especially like Red 8. One of of the best things about staying here is the extreme peace and quiet in the rooms and hallways. Room service is worth every penny (don't miss their truffle fries and desserts!). We only wish there were more Wynn hotels around the nation.
If you like to gamble this is the place for you. Great food and great gambling. Other than that….you’re left out. There are shops but only a few. Room service is Wednesday-Sunday 5p on. If you bring your kid and they’re under 21….they’ll probably be bored. The room was great and highly recommend staying the night. Rooms are very spacious and have great views. Don’t touch the bar snack for over 30seconds or you’ll be charged. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
Second stay this year and I cannot wait to return again! Quick friendly and efficient check in. Upgraded to a Harbor View Suite thanks to Amex FHR and Encore! Honestly one of the nicest suites I've stayed in (outside of Vegas). Beautifully designed high end residential feel with a spectacular view!! Enjoyed daily breakfast in our room thanks to the wonderful service from Mauricio in IRD. Also dined at Fratelli and Mystique which were both remarkable!! We barely left the property! See you soon!
Beautiful hotel with great decor, the rooms have excellent size and are control by ALEXA voice !!! The hotel is very busy, Especially at night when the casino crowd comes in. If you are looking for piece and quiet this hotel is not for you , the only negative would be the long wait for breakfast and valet parking . Over we enjoyed the stay
