Lovely well kept B&B with great hosts (Richard and Joanne) , well appointed rooms, and glorious breakfasts. The Inn is just a short bike ride to Nauset Beach, the Cape Cod rail trail, and restaurants. We could have stayed there for a month instead of three nights. There is also a secure shed to store bikes.

Yes, believe all the positive reviews here. We stayed for three nights and would have stayed longer. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Richard and Jo are very engaging hosts and they will make you feel welcome. Can't beat the location with the beach just a mile away and a farmer's market just in front. And of course, the breakfast!

Our weekend stay at the Parsonage Inn was nothing short of wonderful. Richard and Jo-Anne are lovely hosts. They were accomodating in every way and it is clear that they are perfect for the hospitality business. Jo-Anne's breakfasts were not only delicious, but also beautifully presented. Our room was immaculate, comfortable and very nicely furnished. Can't say enough about the Inn and the Hoads. We look forward to returning the next time we visit the Cape.

Just returned from 8 nights at the Parsonage Inn. What a wonderful experience! Richard, Jo, Beth and Lola made sure we were well taken care of. They were always nearby if we needed anything or had questions. Jo’s breakfasts were equivalent to that of a 5 star restaurant each morning. The rooms were immaculate and themed perfectly. The grounds were a delight to enjoy on warm days and the patio is perfect to enjoy a glass of wine. I can’t say enough about our trip and how wonderful our vacation was at The Parsonage Inn. Can’t wait to return!
