Our first visit to this Inn and it was lovely. We stayed in 2 different rooms, first one was off the breakfast room, so we liked the second room better in the main inn with a larger bathroom and newly updated beautiful shower. The rooms are all tastefully decorated with seashore decor. The owners and the crew are all very... More

Traditionally I have traveled to Block Island to enjoy a quick weekend trip in the quieter shoulder seasons, however this September I was lucky enough to change course and spend a weekend with friends on the Cape. The Ship's Knees Inn was a perfect location, close to the beach and town, and the accommodations were even better. The Inn itself... More

This was our second visit, and as excellent as the first one..........this is a very friendly B&B, perfectly situated for us near Nauset Beach, Orleans. The inn-keepers Peter and Denise are delightful and even helped set up an emergency dental appointment for our daughter ! Our room had been redecorated since our last visit and was light and airy. We... More

We've only been to Cape Cod once before and like most places you imagine from old songs, books, etc. it's often less than you expect. Not so with the Ship's Knees Inn. It's quiet, close to the beach and beautifully run. We stayed four nights in the first floor suite and could not have been more satisfied. It's a buffet... More

We decided to take a quick trip to the Cape to feel like we have had some Summer festivities and luckily we were able to score a room at the Ship's Knees. It's been a while since we visited and we were a little apprehensive because things just never stay the same. We were happily relieved that the Butchers are... More

The Ships Knees Inn is always booked so we gave it a try. Great location, nice folks... It is a very old inn and although rooms have been renovated it is getting tired. Rooms are very small, beds are very uncomfortable. The grounds are lovely but are getting overgrown. Looks like little maintenance is being done. An ok inn for... More

Having spent a good part of my early years growing up on the Cape I decided to take my wife to see and enjoy where it all started This Inn was a recommendation of a friend and it was spot on When you only have four days you better be central to what you want to accomplish P'town, Cahoun's Hollow,... The old sea captain's home is a wonderful place to stay. It is immaculate and the grounds are pure New England from the swimming pool on a bluff to the Adirondack chairs that encircle the gas fire pit. The staff are friendly and knowledgable about all Cape Cod attractions and are helpful, polite, and efficient. Breakfasts are fresh and flavorful... More

Delightful and quaint. This hotel or in offers lovely rooms which are very comfortable with air conditioning which was a godsend given the temperature when we were staying here. It's very close to the beach and if you're very lazy there's a lovely pool where we swim every night. With your biking driving or walking there's plenty of places that... More

This inn is the real deal: old Cape charm, interesting layout, fantastic breakfast on a relaxing patio, beautiful landscaping, a very nice pool, and clean, comfortable rooms. We loved the location just steps away from Nauset Beach, and the owners are friendly and accessible.
