We just spent three nights at Duxbury Tall Pines while in the area for our college Homecoming weekend. The home is tastefully decorated and very clean. Shirley & Bart are a wonderful friendly couple. We felt like family right away! Their charming home and awesome breakfasts made our visit to the Boston area very pleasant.

Shirley welcomed me with enthusiasm upon my arrival. My suite was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. I had access to a front porch swing and a private patio. The zen garden and coy pond add to the peacefulness of this B&B. It's location is quiet and relaxing. It's approximately a 5 mile drive to Duxbury Beach. I highly recommend staying...

This charming bed and breakfast is serene and a beautiful gem on the south shore of Massachusetts! The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the pool is inviting and the hottub is a nice touch! I would stay here again!

We spent one night at Tall Pines because we live in Vermont and we were picking up our new puppy at Snug Harbor Labradoodles early the next morning. We loved our stay -- the hosts were very welcoming, the room was lovely, and the breakfast was tasty and abundant -- a real treat! Duxbury is a lovely town, and we...

I just spent three nights at Tall Pines and everything about the experience was just fine. Set back off the street, it was quiet at night, allowing for three great nights of sleep. Breakfast each morning was better than I had anticipated, the host was very personable, and their dog Ortiz was a pleasant addition. Highly recommend this place.

This is one of the nicest Bed and Breakfasts we have ever stayed in. Very comfortable surroundings with a lovely whimsical decor. Hosts Bart and Shirley were very knowlegable with local restaurant suggestions and the breakfast that was served by them was truly amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

My elderly parents stayed there for a week once again this year, because they enjoyed it so much two years ago. Bart and Shirley are the best. Delicious breakfast served in a beautiful and relaxing outdoor garden, weather permitting. If there is a risk of rain, the breakfast is served indoors. Clean, homey atmosphere, quiet location, like living in a...

Recently stayed three night here and the owners Shirley and Bart were awesome. My husband has celiacs and they made us special, and very tasty, breakfasts. They make you feel like family and the rooms were very comfortable, clean and cozy. Definitely recommend this place and hope we get the chance to stay here again in the future.

An excellent place to stay! I highly recommend Tall pines. My family (Me, husband, 3 adult kids and grandmother) rented the suite and the extra loft over the weekend to attend a wedding. Shirley and Bart were very welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were clean and well decorated....

We have been going to Tall Pines since 2011. It is the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed at. The owners Shirley and Bart are just incredible. They are always so concerned about your stay. The breakfast are incredible, all home made, the rooms are immaculate and so comfortable, I sleep like a baby when I stay. They...

“One of the top floor rooms has a small refrigerator, but the bathroom is not quite as spacious as that of the other room. I needed the refrigerator, so felt that was a small trade off. The room was lovely, so I was happy with my choice.”
