Property's Favorite Review
We have stayed here in previous years and enjoyed it. Full sun back in site. Plenty of room to back in. Concrete patio with a charcoal grill at site. We didn't end up using it as there are many good restaurants nearby.

Great spot across from private beach. Staff very friendly and efficient. Great communications. We did not use any common facilities but our site was great. Close to restaurants and shopping. Sailing Cow was fun.

We have been going to this camp ground for nearly 15 years. Last summer, we camped at a new pull-through site, which we loved. Wanting to be sure that we would have that same site again for this summer, we booked it over a year in advance. Today, we were informed that the site was taken away from us “because there was a bigger camper put there instead.” We also, for the first time today, were informed that, in order to have actually secured the site that we specifically booked, that we needed to have paid an additional fee to that end. Although the practice of requiring this additional fee to secure a specially booked site is, in our view, rather questionable, had we been informed of this requirement, we would have gladly paid the fee, presuming of course that it is reasonable given the ever-increasing costs and fees at this camp ground. Needless to say, we are exceptionally disappointed. Although treated mostly respectfully on the phone today, no remedy or compensation for our inconvenience was offered, no reason for this lack of information being initially provided was given, and, perhaps most frustratingly, no apology was provided. I cannot say that we will be continuing to patronize this camp ground in the future.

This is mostly a seasonal campground. There are many park models and cottages. They built a new area in the back that is just for large RVs. They did a great job! Many are pull throughs. they all have full hook ups and they all have a cement pad. The staff was very nice and helpful. They have a private beach right across the street for the campers.

To each their own. Note, we have 17ft trailer with no side bump outs, 19 for with both queen beds extended lengthwise. We have 4 kids 11 to 1 yr and a jack russell Pros: Electric One site sewer (premium site) NEW concrete pad for the table New wood picnic table Gravel fairly level Site impeccably maintained Toilets were clean in the morning FREE private beach, not too much kelp Everyone was amazingly nice and helpful Key card entry Keypad on laundry and bathroom Fairly quiet Dogs allowed (could be someone’s con) Grocery, restaurants, ect within 15 mins. Cable (if you like that, we didn’t use it) Beach was getting busy by noon, lots of space prior. Cons Quarter fed (and returned) hot water showers, very 80s tiles, dark brownish. Would have given 4 to 5 stars if this was updated. Very small number of camper spots, 90% of the park is seasonal. No campfire, just outdoor permanent charcoal grill No shade trees by camper spots Very slow WiFi 1mbs Hope this helps, not many camper options with power, this would have been perfect if bathrooms updated.
