I've only been at Three Seasons to eat and drink at the Tiki Hut. It's a beautiful location, directly on the water with excellent sandwiches and a good selection of tropical drinks, as well as the every day cocktails! Their Bloody Mary is one of the best I've had and I've tested quite a few!!! I have friends that stay... More

Headed out to the Cape for the first time (we are usually CA coast goers). We booked a "2 bedroom suite" that I confirmed had "2 queens" in one room and a "King" in the other. After a red-eye my wife, sons and I were looking forward to some beach and a nice place to crash. Couldn't have been more... More

Very few family-run motels/resorts like the Three Seasons around anymore. The breakfast is perhaps one of the best I have ever had. They recently updated the furniture/beds, tv's and bathrooms, making it perhaps one of the nicest beach-front properties on the Cape. We watched the staff work well into the evening making sure that every aspect of the resort is... More

This has been a family destination for YEARS!I went as a teen,a mom with children,as a couple & for the last few years solo. You cannot get closer to the beach especially for the money. They have off-season rates & packages. It is clean, now updated & very safe.Their coffee shop has evolved into a destination eatery serving local & sustainable fare. For evening meals... Three Seasons is an absolute gem. We stayed in the suite, which has two bedrooms and living room. We had been for years staying at the cottages down the street, and were prompted to try TS this summer, having every year grown more jealous of their restaurant, pool and beach bar. All of which is great, but what sets TS... More

An uninspired motel built in a great location, BUT:. There are packs pig noisy kids and a bar with live music playing late in the middle of the property. The pool is great. The beach is beautiful. The cafe has acceptable good, but the rims are basic, and there's absolutely no peace and quiet.

We stayed one night on our way off Cape, and we were very pleasantly surprised. We had an Oceanfront room on the first floor. I instantly loved the ultra-clean and fresh smell of the room. Thanks to the cleaning crew for doing such an amazing job. The room was wonderful; the only thing that would have made it better would... More

I've been coming to Three Seasons for about 10 years now with my children. We used to love the family friendly atmosphere, but now it is loud and crowded. The owners are more interested in making money off the bar and restaurant and the families staying are taking a backseat. Parking in the evening is difficult. We can't even park... More

The place is very noisy and crowded. The rooms were nice but the amenities left a lot to be desired at the rate of alost $300.00 a night. On the third day, we were given shampoo and body wash. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really good. It was difficult to find a parking spot in... More

We have never stayed at the hotel but go to their restaurant for a wonderful breakfast. Homemade muffins and such. Get eggs benedict breakfasts and specials. Would highly recommend for breakfast. Highly recommend for breakfast.
