Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Early June is off season and my stay was very quiet and the room clean. I was placed next to pool on ground floor, which looked pristine, and counted 8 cars in lot, so I don't know what summer season is like with lots of families. Attached to the property is ice cream, unfinished furniture store, bumper cars and miniature golf, so many reasons for families to flock here and add activities. I road my bike to beaches and walked to coffee/breakfast. Location is perfect for visiting nearby towns like Chatham and Harwich Port by car. All staff very pleasant, location feels very secure and safe.

The room was extremely humid and shows signs of mildew. The reception staff were not friendly. The kids enjoyed the heated pool. Good location minutes from the beaches and walking distance from restaurants and stores. The photos on the website are not recent.

Nothing extraoridnary about this hotel/motel. We booked a two room suite which is nothing more than two adjoining rooms. The rooms could use a sprucing up especially the bathrooms, and the decor is quite dated. They close the pool area around 9 PM which I consider quite early. On the positive side, there is ample parking and an ice cream store right next door.

Stayed in early September, had 2 rooms and both had the same issues. Was disappointed by a lot at this motel. No Wi-Fi or decent cable TV (only analog) And the telephone didn't work. Bed was very uncomfortable, obviously an OLD mattress. Stairs to upper floor were uneven and not very sturdy. Room was clean but shabby. Bathrooms need an update.

So due to covid we changed our summer plans and traveled to a state that we would not have to quarantine when we came back so we chose cape cod. We stayed at this hotel because they advertised a two bedroom suite. We have 5 in our family so we need a bigger space. It was just 2 rooms next to each other with a door so that is definitely not a 2 bedroom suite. It was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The place is old but they do take care of it. Beds where comfortable enough. The beach was close but you have to drive. The staff was friendly and helpful if you need a place to stay then I highly recommend this place. It's not a luxury place but it's a nice place.

Although Trip Advisor is usually spot on as far as recommendations, not so much this time. The motel is nice and appears to be clean, but the musty smell really got to me throughout the night. The staff was very friendly and super COVID cautious, which made me happy, but the place needs a facelift Also, the price was very very reasonable.

Room excellent. Location close to several beaches. Pool temperature & depth was perfect. Nightly stay was reasonably priced. Plan to return in 2025. Close to several varieties of eateries. Miniature golf & ice cream all in walking distance. Staff work hard daily to maintain operation & the pool. Spoke to several people who have been coming for years.

My least favorite motel ever! Stayed in Room 19 which smelled horrible ( like mold and mildew). Sheet on our king size bed was not big enough and would pop off making us sleep on just the mattress. Not very clean, no microwave, not a nice bathroom

We stayed here for three nights during our vacation. It's a whole different world now with covid, but the staff here did their best and made sure that the guests were comfortable. The property is older, but well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable. Having mini golf and ice cream on the property was a bonus!

This is an example of you get what you pay for. The room was fine. The bathroom was a disgrace. It was literally downhill to sit on the toilet. A good 8” drop. Bathroom left a lot to be desired. TV was broken but we did not care. It is a decent place to stay if you have somewhere else to spend the day, like we did. We got a cheap rate and it was as expected. Not disappointed, just reporting.

Not at all ! I did go last year in the middle of a pandemic but It is a very small arcade area and the mini golf is on the other side. Never heard a sound. The place was quiet!
We have free morning Coffee and offer a breakfast discount at The Seven Seas breakfast house. The Seven Seas is within walking distance. Your 2nd Breakfast is 1/2 price with our coupon.
There are more places to choose from in the Dennis Port area.
