This property met average expectations. We were not impressed or wowed by any physical attribute of the property or any of the staff other than the kindly woman at check-out. We heard the guests above is walking around until just after midnight.

Inn is charming and the staff is very friendly. Our two superior king rooms were comfortable and pretty. The common areas were also cozy and convenient. Dinner in Champney's was nice and the included breakfast delicious. Location can't be beat when visiting Old Deerfield.
