My family (2 boys ages 4 and 8 plus husband)and I stayed here for 2 nights 5/25 and 5/26. We traveled about 7 hours to stay in this hotel. As previous reviews stated the staff was very courteous and helpful. We first arrived to find that our key would not let us into our room, while trying to figure out the door situation the manager tried putting us into a double bed room by mistake when we had reserved a king w/sofa bed. After about 20 minutes of letting us rest and cool off in another room (it was about 85 degrees outside) they offered us a room on another floor, finally we thought ok. Nope we got to that room and not only was the room in need of some serious cosmetic maintenance, but the air conditioning did not work. We decided to go to the pool while they worked on fixing it. While at the pool, (which was nice and the water was warm. Although the hot tub was drained and not in use) I received a call from my husband that we were being moved to another room on the first floor. There was no food or restaurants at the hotel or within walking distance. We did receive a complimentary bottle of wine for all of the room changes. The room was decent but I expected more from a Hilton. The bathroom had an odd odor, and the air conditioner was rather noisy. The bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete with a pillow top. There was a mention of a breakfast when we made reservations but did not see any breakfast. Even though the first day was a bit eventful the rest of the trip including check out went smoothly. Not much for the kids to do but good hotel if you just need a place to sleep.…
Jess and the rest of the front desk staff was just exceptional. Due to Covid is was nervous going in, but to my satisfaction every thing was super clean and sanitized. Maid service was attentive, would definitely return and recommend
Awful service, not clean, rooms weren’t ready. Very outdated. DO NOT STAY HERE. Staff was very unfriendly and did not resolve concerns. Rooms were not ready until after 8:30 PM. Waited over 4 hours. Very disappointing.
My experience was terrible. When we arrived front desk was not professional, then when we got into our room it was filthy. Carpet was full of food, bathroom was dirty mirrors smeared not wiped and to top it off the air condition did not work.
The worst experience. The employee was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The bathroom curtain was old and tub need to be change. I’ve stayed in other room in this location but they weren’t as bad
