We were guests of a wedding here. The main reception area is just beautiful! The wooden decks and pathways connecting the various property locations were very cool as well. However, our room didn't have working lights in the bathroom nor did it have any hot water. The short hallway leading to our room didn't have lights either. There were actually...

The Red Lion Pub serves incredibly delicious flatbread. The best I've ever had. The kitchen might be a little slow, but it was worth the wait. Also had killer chocolate cake. 1 piece can easily be shared by 4 people and is worth every calorie. The only downside was a cigarette smoke odor. What's up with that?

We had our daughters wedding here and every time we think about it, all we can say is "it was everything we could imagine and more!" The venue is a wonderful charming chic barn, with a warm rustic elegance! The coordinator Bill, and the florist Molly, made it even more perfect! The food was even better at the wedding then...

Attended a wedding held at the Red Lion Inn recently. The wedding itself was amazing. However, the room, while adequate, was expensive and not worth the money. We were happy to be able to walk to our room after the reception, but that's the best we can say about our stay. The biggest problem was our faucets spewing out brown water...

My little brother had Red Lion Inn host his wedding reception. Both families occupied the entire inn for the event. I had notified the inn weeks in advance I would be a late check in do to my flight schedule. I work at a resort and know this is a courtesy so if the previous occupant wants to stay a...

Our party of six visited the Pub last night before our trip to the South Shore Music Circus. I specifically requested the Pub given the lighter fare (sandwich options), less expensive options that most restaurants provide. I should have checked prior to our visit. From the wait service (which was terrible) to the portion size of the apps, to the...

The food is great very tasty and presented in a great way. The drinks are good and the bartender was friendly and attentive. The issue was when we moved to the dining room for dinner. There was one other table occupied and we sat for a good 15 mins before we were finally offered menus. Well we finally got the...

My wife and Iwere celebrating a night out, and wanted to try the food from the new French chef. The food was wonderful, but the choice of beverages did not include wine. The bartender grimmised when I asked him for a wine menu. He said the owner does not want to buy wine for the bar. We found that strange,...

We made last minute reservations to celebrate for a 22nd birthday celebration and they went out of their way to buy a delicious chocolate mousse cake for us, had it written with the name of our birthday girl and they went out again to buy candles and in the end comped the cake for us. They really made our celebration...

We attended a concert in the barn and stayed overnight at the Inn. Our room was romantic and seemed to take us back in time. Unfortunately, we could not fire up the fireplace! The owner gave the site for the concert to benefit Cohasset Education Foundation and the room for the Chorus Annual Dinner. The owner seems to have Cohasset...
