Booked hotel for wedding weekend. Rooms were dirty and front desk employees were rude and i in accommodating. The new owner is unethical and will add charges to your room bill after the fact. Gave them a chance to rectify but still stood by excess room charges and fees. We will protest room charges. This is no way to run...

We have stayed here for Thanksgiving the last few years. It will be the last time we stay here despite its convenience to our family Thanksgiving get together. The hotel has gone downhill since the last visit. Not only is the product poor...our TV was fuzzy and black and white and we needed to change rooms..but they had the wrong...

Very disappointing considering the price. Booked a "mini suite" to accommodate 2 adults and 2 small children ($399/night). The furnishings were run down, the TV a small digital flat screen, and the tiny bathrooms have never been updated (approx 50 year old bldg.). Upon check out we found a piece of pizza on a paper plate in the dresser drawer....

Rooms expensive, poorly sized and equipped and noisy. Service is an oxymoron. Staff is incompetent and overwhelmed. New management has resulted in heavy turnover with young, inexperienced personnel. Rooms were without phones, cable boxes and/or Wi-Fi and cold water and/or A/C. One could hear people in adjoining rooms as if they were in your room. Promises for consideration were made...

Booked two nights to attend wedding in area. 259.00 per night, special rate??? Not worth it. King bed was awful... Sagged in the middle. Room was standard if that. No mini fridge or phone. Continental breakfast was basic. There are other options in the area. The town area is very nice. Cute shops in town. Excellent bakery in town !!!!

Spent one night for a wedding. It's claim to fame is that it's the only place around. Run down, no phones in room to call reception or house keeping and over the top rates, $259 a night. If you are want a room in that area you can get better value, a better facility a bit further out,

We had the opportunity to stay for just one night but wish it had been longer. We booked a suite and had a fantastic view of the harbor. Tho it was Labor Day weekend it was so quiet and peaceful. The room was superb and the hotel staff was warm and welcoming. Hope to get back again next year!

Since there are so few hotel accommodations, it appears that some feel they can tip you off with the falling apart accommodations. Falling apart, old and disgusting-- and outrageously priced. Everything about it was awful- they must be embarrassed when people arrive. Better to drive to another town than to be taken.

We booked this resort for convenience in order to attend a local concert. Our primary reason was the three on site restaurants, as Cohasset is a sleepy little village with a very small array of dining options. Days before our visit, it was only in previewing the restaurant websites did we find out the property had been sold and all...

My husband and I were in the area visiting our son, his wife and grandchild. As we were not in the room except to sleep, we can say that the bed was adequately comfortable. However, the room seemed a bit cramped if we were to lounge around for any amount if time.

Dear MaryAnne, Thank you for your review of the inn. I apologize for you not being comfortable with the size of the room. As I am not certain which room you were in, if you stay with us again, please make mention to the reservationist. We will do everything we can to see you get the largest room possible.
