Overall, the hotel was okay. The room was big, the view was excellent, everything was clean. Surprisingly, the hotel's restaurants was good too. We arrived late and did not want to go out so we ended up in the hotel's restaurant downstairs and were pleasantly surprised with good service and tasty food. The front-desk reception was a mix. Great hotel! Rooms were so comfortable, great sheets and pillows, cleanliness and attention to detail were so obvious. The staff (Philip) the Restaurant Manager was wonderful and the Sous Chef (Scott) made the best breakfast. Would go back there in a heartbeat! Real close to the city of Boston and to many suburban areas.

My husband and I stayed here one night after a late flight to Boston. The check-in process was smooth. The hotel is getting old... Elevators are very slow. The room was fine, mattress on the soft side, pillows were awful. Bathroom showed the age the most. Bathmat was so worn and thin it had a hole in it! We ate...

this hotel was perfect for the price. The staff were friendly & accommodating. The area around the hotel looks a bit sketchy. The free shuttle to the nearest subway station was a bonus. Great place for a short stay visiting Boston.
