Our Chelsea hotel is conveniently located 3 miles from Logan International Airport, as well as 3 miles to downtown Boston. When arriving at Logan, please call us for a complimentary shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel. Our hotel features 180 newly renovated guest rooms. Hotel's Favorite
Front desk manager Simone went above and beyond for us. She was amazing! We couldn’t thank her enough. The rooms were great no complaints. The hotel is awesome but it is in a sketchy area as is most of Chelsea so i would recommend using the free shuttle to and from the airport

Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was excellent, cookies were good, dinner was good, park & fly worked out great. We missed the last shuttle to hotel due to flight delays. They reimbursed us for the taxi. We would stay here again.

Great hotel. Very updated. Comfortable bed. 24 hour shuttle to airport great along with leaving our car there for the week. Front desk staff not so great. Nick made me feel like I was not welcomed. He pushed me aside rudely to help the next guest. Gave the gentleman he helped 4

Is this hotel served by mass transit?
The hotel offers a shuttle bus on the hour and half hour from outside the hotel reception to the airport and to the airport subway station. From there you can connect to the subway into the city. To get to the hotel from the airport or airport subway, you need to call hotel reception who will then despatch the shuttle bus to pick you up. From calling the hotel to the shuttle arriving at the airport takes about 10-15 minutes. Chelsea train station is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. From there you can catch the train up the coast to Rockport. Chelsea station is a request stop, so to catch the train you need to stand in the marked box on the platform and to get off the train, you need to inform the guard.

Shuttles run every 30 mins. Picked us up promptly. Also offered us drop off and pick up service to/from Airport Blue Line station the day we went downtown Boston. Check out the italian restaurant (Floramo's) adjacent to the hotel. Large portions of delicious food, reasonable prices and great servers
