We truly enjoyed our stay here. Loved walking around the little shops and all the wonderful restaurants that are walking distance from the Inn. The property is clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby is super cozy and decorated with that Cape Cod charm. Would love to return someday.

In the midst of the longest New England winter, I surprised my husband with a weekend get away at the Chatham Wayside Inn. We found it to be inviting and cozy during the cold spell. So cold that the bays were frozen, the lobster men couldn't pull their pots and the beaches were covered with ice and snow. We still... More

The Wayside Inn was the perfect choice for enjoying Chatham's Christmas Stroll! It was centrally located for all shopping, as well as, the tree lighting ceremony. Our room was bordering Kate Gould Park with the bandstand and many decorated trees (super at night). It was fun to see families taking pictures. Santa sat beside us at breakfast! The Inn was... Delightful. Off season late Oct.Reasonable price under $200 for king size room. And made great recommendations for a restaurant that was so good, The impudent Oyster that we dined there 2 nights in a row. They also gave us spots to see all the way up to Provincetown with maps and the whole schmear!

The physical plant is nice, the employees are very good. We found them all to be professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help at any time. This includes the front desk personnel, the wait staff in the dining room, the maids, and the management. Such personnel can make an otherwise average stay into a very good one.

We stayed here for 2 nights over the Columbus weekend and had requested in advance a quiet room on a high floor. On check in we were allocated a room to the front of the hotel by the entrance to the parking - the room itself was a good size, clean, but basic with no where to sit and relax.... More

Really glad we chose this inn on the basis of other reviews. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and secure. The bed large and dreamily comfortable. Dinner was very good and service throughout friendly and helpful. There was free wifi that really worked and easy private parking. A fresh continental breakfast was included in a very reasonable price. Only small... More

This is a really lovely hotel and Chatham is a great place to visit. There was a complimentary breakfast which was a nice surprise. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely beds and bedding. Only disappointment was the lack of coffee making facilities. There is a good coffee shop next door but it closes mid afternoon.

Really enjoyed our stay there. Rooms were spacious and clean. Very lovely. We took our two elementary school-age kids and my parents. My parents had a lovely 2nd floor room with a little outside patio area. We were on the ground floor near the parking lot but had no noise issues at all. The pool was open(!) and my kids... More

Spent 2 nights here while on a tour of a Cape Cod. Very quaint and comfortable hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. Unlike a lot of New England Inns the bathroom was actually a decent size. Very nice size outdoor pool which was recently renovated. Meals taken in the Hotel's dining room were good but not great. Overall a... More
