Based on the reviews that I had read, we fully expected a lovely stay at Chatham Inn, but what we got was far beyond our expectations. The staff at the hotel are genuinely warm and friendly people who strive to provide a great experience for everyone who enters the Inn. From the moment we stepped in, we felt welcomed and pampered. The patio was delightful for sitting in the sun during the day or by the firepit with a cocktail in the evening. The room was perfect and cozy although the weather was too warm and nice for a fire in the fireplace which I had expected to use. It would have been lovely though! We had such a great time, we even extended our stay by a night because we just weren't ready to leave this little piece of heaven. We will be back and we will send all of our friends here! And, DO NOT miss dinner at the incredible Cuvee!!

This was our first trip to the Cape and we could not have asked for a more lovely home base.Every person who works here has a gift for making guests feel genuinely welcome, which felt very pampering after months of isolation. We borrowed the available Volvo for a few spins— nice! Room 11 is amazing. Tranquil, zen-like, but still luxurious. We used the fireplace every night, enjoyed the balcony, and were very pleased with the toiletries. Christmas Eve dinner at Cuvée was delicious — I recommend making an effort to eat there during a visit. The breakfasts are THE BOMB: poached eggs with a hollandaise sauce, croque madame, all served fireside with exquisite service. Everything is SPOTLESSLY clean throughout the Inn. Peter, Kathy, Felix, Susannah, and all, we thank you for your hospitality and hope to return. Our visit was a balm for our weary souls.

A wonderful, welcoming, quite big, room where every details were, simply, perfect. The hotel, originally built in 1830 and just renewed, is very charming and is at short walk distance from the heart of the Chatham village, and the beach in front of the light house. We loved the perfect services and the amazingly welcome and friendly staff. Dinner at their Cuvee restaurant, was simply unforgettable.

We just spent four nights at the wonderful Chatham Inn. The Inn is very well appointed in Chatham, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Attention to detail in every aspect of our stay, from the Maitre de Maison and her staff at the front desk, to the wait staff and housekeeping. The rooms are updated with high quality amenities, but still with Cape Cod charm. Breakfast was included in our stay and was excellent. We participated in the four course chef’s tasting menu one of the evenings and the food was exceptional, as were the cocktails and wine pairings. We will definitely be back to visit this charming Inn!

The property is impeccable but what sets this beautiful oasis apart from the others is the staff. From the first moment I called inquiring about the Chatham Inn to the time we checked out, every staff member exceeded any and all expectations. Absolutely amazing customer service and an incredible experience!!
