Hotel's Favorite
I cannot rave enough about my stay at the Chatham Inn. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to myself and friends I stayed with at the hotel, as well as very welcoming to my local friends who would pop in for visits or join for breakfast. Every detail, from the rooms, to the in-room amenities, to the cleaning service (ex. turndown service included local chocolates from Chatham Candy Manor!), to the breakfast options, were so thoughtful and made us feel like queens for the weekend. They were also so sweet to make us fabulous mocktails at the in-house bar since myself and a friend are pregnant. And who can beat getting to use the hotel Volvo free of charge? I will be recommending my stay to everyone I know and I definitely plan to come back!!

What a charming Inn this is. Can't recommend it enough. The service is top notch. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We felt spoiled from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.

My wife and I are just back from two nights at the Chatham Inn. A fantastic experience and hotel. One of the nicest ever and I've been to many. From the arrival where we were greeted by an attendant to carry our luggage in, to the quick and friendly check out, it was flawless. All of the staff knew our names and were friendly and pleasant. this is by far the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in in the US continental. The restaurant was superb. You can't find a better staff anywhere else. Everyone made me feel welcome and at home. I DO recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Cape Cod.

Took my wife for Mother's Day. Location was perfect and the service went above and beyond. The included breakfast was perfect. I had the best eggs Benedict I think I've ever had. We found our go-to Cape getaway! Thank you to all the staff!

It was a great 3-night stay in Room 17 at this lovely and extremely well run Relais & Chateau boutique hotel in Chatham, MA. Lyn Francis, the Maitre de Maison, looked after all of our requirements and made my wife and me feel very welcome and special. I highly recommend this property which is truly worthy of the R&C brand.

This was one of the best Inn experiences we have ever had. Lyn, the General Manager was excellent at customer service and the entire team were friendly, happy and always there if we needed something. The room was lovely and the bed was nice and firm. The staff did so many extra touches such as a turn down with chocolates, coiling up our phone charging cables and leaving a lens cleaning cloth next to my eye glass case. The breakfast was amazing as well. When our car broke down and we were without transportation, they gave us a car to use without fees! Who does that? I highly recommend this jewel in Chattham and we will definitely be back.

Exceptional 5 star personal service from the moment we pulled into the parking lot to the detailed care and attention Lyn, the hotel director, gave our family. We especially like the firepit tuckin with warm blankets. Rebecca was another staff member who's warmth was infectious. This is a small hotel that lives large in every aspect of service beyond compare. Lyn also celebrated our son who was promoted in the U.S. Coast Guard and made him feel appreciated.

We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We were surprised with a nice bottle of champagne in our room upon arrival. This Inn rivals any other place we have stayed at at the Cape. The attention to detail was superb, not to mention how the staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Complimentary drink upon arrival, cookies at 3, chocolates and slippers at bedtime . A delicious full menu breakfast was included, along with a departing gift. Incredible! You won’t be sorry! We will be returning for the holidays for sure.😊
