We had a wonderful stay in a suite with our children and parents. Can't say enough about the lush and peaceful landscaping. The kitchen was well stocked and the porch, deck, backyard, pool--all of it--were lovely. The staff was also gracious. We look forward to returning.

We spent a week at the Pleasant Bay Village Resort and loved every minute of it. The room and grounds were gorgeous and spotless. We stayed in a newly renovated rear efficiency. It was perfect for us! Two adults and two dogs. The full kitchen was so nice. All new appliances and fully stocked with kitchen tools. Such attention to detail including soft close drawers and cabinets. The beds were comfortable and the dining area included a banquet, and chairs for a total seating of 8. The bathroom was nicely appointed and I loved the lighted makeup mirror. The patio was lovely. Two chaise lounges, a dining table with umbrella and four chairs as well as a charcoal grill made for some relaxing meals. Someone paid such attention to detail into this room. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, especially Johnny at the front desk. He was so gracious to us in taking our reservation, checking us out and every moment in between. Didianna, our housekeeper for most of stay, was so nice and helpful. Josh, the manager, checked us in and was so kind to us when a package I had delivered was late. He offered to drive to the post office to get it for us. Just so nice and caring! The staff obviously took such pride in the Resort, for good reason. The grounds are beautiful manicured and so lush. The koi pond was beautiful and we could hear the rush of the waterfall from our patio. The resort provides an app with info about the report as well as local area attractions. A great idea and very useful! The pool area was similarly a hit! The bamboo and pool waterfall, the trees, the flowers, just so beautiful and relaxing. We had such a wonderful time and can't wait to go back!!

Thank you for taking your time to write such a detailed review, we appreciate it. Our staff does truly care about the property and guests so it is great to hear that you experienced their dedication. It helps that many staff live year round in the area and have worked for many many years on the property, and some live on site. The renovated Rear Deluxe Efficiencies with the two queen beds, full kitchen and private deck with charcoal grill overlooking the Koi Pond with the water fall is a great room. Thank you for noticing the time and attention to detail, we do that for every room, including our hotel style rooms and two bedroom cottages. And the seven acres of gardens and small buildings tucked among the landscaping and water features does lend to a sense of privacy. It's good to hear you enjoyed our spacious pool area with the hot tub, bamboo garden, ping pong and shuffle board. Our close location to so many things including downtown Chatham and a small beach is also a benefit. We look forward to your return visit. Make sure to book directly with us for the best rates and availability.

Stayed over the 4th of July weekend with our kids and was so pleasantly surprised for a place that’s considered a motel. The landscaping is magnificent and so peaceful. It’s close to all the places we wanted to visit and less than 10 minutes drive into Main Street Chatham. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return.

Thank you for your "Beautiful Stay" review. Our seven acre property with the extensive gardens and water features is often a wonderful surprise for visitors. We are located very near a small warm water beach with free parking, the Chatham Fish Pier, and the walking village of downtown Chatham with many shops and restaurants. And our location offers easy access to all areas of the Cape. Our front desk staff is a combination of the owners family and others who all live year round on the Cape and always look forward to offering our local tips on experiencing different parts of the area. We are so happy to hear that we will see you again. Remember to book directly with us by calling or going to our website for the best rates and availability.

I loved this place and the pictures do not do it justice! The landscaping is spectacular filled with heavenly greenery and a plethora of native plants. It was a perfect get away where social distancing was comfortably possible. Our standard room was stylish and clean with a walk out to a small patio area and surrounding gardens. There was also a koi fish pond, a children's play area, and a nice swimming pool also with beautiful greenery. The staff was lovely and attentive to all our questions and requests. Nearby beach areas were also a plus. I highly recommend Pleasant Bay Village Resort.
