We loved this delightful inn! Beautiful grounds, immaculately clean room, and quality furnishings throughout. Best of all: the fun and friendly staff - with a special nod to Johnny. You can’t go wrong here for a great Cape Cod experience. And, they are pet-friendly.

Hotel's Favorite
This resort is perfect for a Cape vacation. The rooms are clean, modern, and spacious. And the staff goes out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. It's not your typical hotel but offers beautiful landscaping and gardens and parking right in front of your unit. Everything about the deluxe room with deck was perfect---comfortable bed, excellent wifi, and a sparkling bathroom with soft towels. The shower pressure was ideal. This is not often the case at many resorts or hotels. We enjoyed the pool that has poolside service for lunch. And though it was busy on a hot Sunday, we found lounges and a table as people moved in and out. The room itself was so quiet. We never heard anyone in our adjacent room nor was there any noise coming from the outside. Very private. This is the place to stay. And to top things off, they remembered that 8 months ago I mentioned this would be a birthday stay and I found a small box of chocolates in my room as a birthday surprise. I highly recommend this property. And you're only about a 10 minute drive from Chatham Center.

Thank you for taking your time to write such a wonderful review! The goal of our family owned Cape Cod hotel is to offer a laid back, peaceful, clean, friendly & welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and we are happy you had a memorable experience. Many of our room options, including the room you enjoyed, as well as the Cottages & Studios, include private outdoor seating with a view of the gardens and sound of waterfalls. The poolside lunch is popular among guests and offered July through Memorial weekend. The spacious pool area is open thru October. Our central location is just 3 miles from downtown Chatham and less than one mile to the nearest warm water beach. We hope to welcome you back in the future. Always book directly with us for the best room descriptions and rates.

My husband and I love love love Pleasant Bay Village! We stayed there this past September (a wonderful relaxing time of the year on the cape), and had an amazing time! Josh and Cheryl and their staff are so kind and accommodating. Since we found this gem we stay no where else.! This is our go to resort!!! The rooms are very clean and have recently been renovated. The grounds are to die for, beautiful pool and hot tub and that gorgeous poi pond!! It’s is really a zen place which is so apparent while exploring the property! There are numerous fountains and waterfalls through out the grounds, every time we visit I find another waterfall!! Pleasant bay is in such a great location. It is close to the Chatham beaches, (great for young children), or if waves are what you are looking for, nauset beach is only 10 minutes away! In addition, it’s a very short drive to the town of Chatham which has wonderful restaurants and amazing little shops!! We have recommended pleasant bay village to family and friends and they too have been very pleased I can’t wait until our next visit! See you soon!

This property is absolutely gorgeous, only to be surpassed by the service. The landscaping is beautiful, peaceful and serene. The accommodations are 5 star. We stayed in unit 503. It had a waterfall feature outside our bedroom window which lulled us to sleep each night. We were upgraded to this unit which had two bedrooms, full kitchen, dining room, front porch and back deck. A stay on this property in any room would be a treat. The best part was being greeted at the front desk by the very handsome, gentle giant Newfoundland.

Thank you for your review and calling our property Paradise! Isn't it wonderful to be lulled to sleep with the waterfall sounds? Luckily we have waterfalls & fountains throughout the property and all accommodations have windows that open. AND, we also offer seating and small winding paths thru the property that help you to discover quiet little sitting areas. Those Two Bedroom Cottages are wonderful and give everyone space to spread out. We hope to welcome you back in the future. Always book directly on our website, or by calling, for the best selection of accommodations and rates.

The grounds of this resort are beautiful. We especially liked the coi pond. Our room was very comfortable and recently updated. Peter in the main office was extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants and bike rentals. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Our first time visiting Cape Code and this is a great choice for families with kids. We had a one bedroom cottage with full kitchen and the space was more than adequate. The cabins are clean and well maintained and the “zen garden” vibe with various statues , fountains and even a waterfall dispersed throughout the property added to experience. (Walking around and exploring the grounds especially at night was one of the highlights for our kids) Serval good restaurants located nearby and would highly recommend Ocean House and Macs Fish and Lobster. We took a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard and the ferry is a 30 min drive to Hyannis since the closest port only goes to Nantucket. The drive is very scenic and enjoyable—as it is pretty much anywhere on the Cape—so no issues there. There’s also a cove/beach a few minutes walk from the hotel which we didn’t have time to scope out but looks like it would be a great choice for families who are looking to swim or play in the sand without the crowds and fear of sharks. The staff was pleasant and helpful and room service staff was exceptional. Would strongly recommend this resort for 1st time visitors to Cape Cod.

Brian, thank you so much for your recommendation & review! It's great to hear that you enjoyed the comfort and spaciousness of our One Bedroom Cottage Suite for your first visit to the Cape. Those cottages are very popular and sell out quickly because we only have two of those accommodations. We also offer 8 Two Bedroom Cottages, if ever the one bedrooms are sold out when you return. Our location is central, only 3 miles from Chatham Town Center with restaurants, shopping and free parking. The nearby warm water beach is great for families and worth a visit when you return. We hope to welcome you back in the near future - always book directly with us for the best information on local activities, beaches, and room options.

Another vacation at Pleasant Bay Village has ended and we are already looking forward to next year. We have been coming here for many years, our home away from home. This is the perfect place to experience Cape Cod. Every accommodation is beautiful and clean to perfection. Even when the resort is sold out, as it usually is in July and August especially, it is a peaceful and relaxing place to be. Whether it’s the breakfast or the poolside lunch, the food is delicious. It is a great place for all ages. I could talk about how nice and welcoming the staff are for probably hours on end, but I’ll make it short. Arriving to pleasant bay, every single staff member treats you like you are family. Whenever you need something and you call them, they will be there as soon as they possibly can. They put your needs first and will always try to make your visit the very best it can be. See you next summer !!

Thank you AnneMarie for the wonderful review, for being such a loyal and wonderful guest, and friend, and for the recommendation!!! We truly love, and appreciate, that you have been visiting with your nieces and nephews for so many years. And it's great that you have stayed in so many of our different accommodations, from the Extra Deluxe Queen Rooms to the Front Studios and Two Bedroom Cottage. We agree, July & August tend to be our busiest time of year, and yet the atmosphere is still peaceful and relaxing. We look forward to welcoming you back for your upcoming celebration.
