We were very pleased with our stay here. Jen, the manager, was very responsive, helpful and pleasant from our initial call to the motel and throughout our stay. We stayed in the Schoolhouse building and really enjoyed it. The room was large, clean, well maintained and well appointed. It had a nice sunroom which we enjoyed using. The motel is fairly close to downtown Chatam although not close enough to walk. Great value for this area!

My father went to Chatham without a reservation, hoping to get a room at the motel for a couple nights. Jen was very accommodating and made sure his stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He will definitely be back!

We stayed at the Chatham Motel in the efficiency from 6/1 to 6/5/22. Loved staying there! Very clean! Very safe! The general manager, Jenn Coffey, was wonderful in all respects to taking care of us. From scheduling our stay, to making sure we had everything we needed, incl info of the area, to overseeing the cleaning staff! The owner is very fortunate to have her at the helm. We give The Chatham Motel 5 stars! Will be back, and also highly recommending it to friends.

My wife & I really enjoyed our anniversary weekend visit to Chatham Motel. Our visit began by meeting the extremely friendly, helpful & informative Jenn at the front counter. She immediately made us feel welcome & gave us tons of tips about where to visit in the area. Also, prior to our arrival, she personalized the experience even more by accommodating my request to have flowers delivered to our room, as a surprise for my wife. She took care of it for me. That was much appreciated! The room in the “schoolhouse” was great. Extremely clean & comfortable with cozy furniture including a king sized bed. If you’re looking for something a bit different from the usual motel experience, I highly recommend Chatham Motel!

My husband and I happened to go here shortly BEFORE Memorial Day, and it was fabulous. The person who was in the office, Jen, was super nice, helpful, and friendly. Outside our door was lots of greenery and trees. We felt like we had the place to ourselves, because the Memorial Weekend crowd was not there yet--just us and very few other people. We loved it. The person who had prepared our room, Jessica, should be amazingly proud of herself. The place was spotless, the bathroom shining, windows crystal-clean. The day was sunny, bright, and not humid, so we sat in the chairs right outside our door and enjoyed the sun and the view. Also, it was so quiet that, as I told Jen, I slept better than I had in a year--SO peaceful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This is a simple, old-fashioned motel…make no mistake about that. It is also old. However, it is absolutely spotless…it might be the cleanest motel I have ever stayed at, Everything you need is in the room, from the keurig coffee maker (with coffee) to the fridge, to an extra blanket, to a TV. The bathroom was well-equipped with a tub that appeared new and a great hair dryer. The place was absolutely quiet at night. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay. To be in Chatham and find a clean, nice, well-priced motel is all one can ask for!

My daughter had stayed here for a weekend trip so I chose on her recommendation. Excellent location, I really love walking in to clean floors and also feeling like the bed blankets are clean. All the coffee essentials in a basket if you want them, and nice clean bathrooms. On the extra note, the plantings are lovely, there is a pool in warm weather, and when we discovered a broken button on the air/heat, we were immediately moved to another room. Very close drive to breakfast cafe, Main St, several towns and Monomoy.

The motel was clean, cute, and close to the center of Chatham. So glad we found it. Excellent value. Check in was easy as was check-out. The grounds were pretty and well-maintained. Rooms were recently refurbished and well appointed and most importantly, spotless!
