Our favorite place for a "staycation". This is a beautiful hotel with everything you need. The restaurant has great food, from bar bites to full dishes. My favorite is breakfast. There's nothing better than to start your day with a good cup of coffee or cappuccino. They put a nice twist on traditional breakfast foods, l look forward to trying everything offered. The management and staff go above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. It's great if you just want to treat yourself to a getaway (close to home), but even better for a special occasion. Looking forward to our next time there and also exploring other Archer locations. Thank you Archer Burlington!!
Family trip with just my Mom (no teens or kids). This gem of a boutique hotel is near main roads and highways, yet where you can also feel you aren't in the middle of the city. The decor is modern without being stuffy. The front desk and the staff are all extremely nice and extremely helpful. I was travelling with my Mom and we were road tripping back from Maine (Acadia National Park) back to NY and made a pitstop here. I only wish I was able to stay for more than one night so that I could further enjoy all the hotel had to offer. There's a restaurant right across the street that you would walk to also. The hotel is within walking distance and short driving distance to many things. We stayed in a 2 king room. It was spacious and felt luxurious. Robe, slippers, rubber ducky, what more do you need? The amenities were great. The bathroom was spacious. We didn't get to eat at the hotel restaurant but we did notice everyone eating there looked like they were enjoying their food and the atmosphere. It wasn't overly packed and it wasn't empty or sparse, so you knew people sought to eat there. They were absolutely Covid19 compliant. They had sanitizing stations by the elevator and at every public place. Highly recommend.…
We discovered the Archer Hotel in Burlington earlier this year and have made it our go-to hotel when staying in the greater Boston area. Burlington is a cute town with great restaurants and beautiful walking downtown area. The large Burlington mall is less than a mile away. The hotel has the best avocado toast on their breakfast menu and a comfortable area to relax, play pool, have a drink, etc. The indoor pool and exercise room are nice. The rooms are sizable (we had a double king this trip) and nicely furnished and clean. Every member of the staff is always friendly and helpful. Strongly encourage for those who don't need to stay downtown (although it's only a 20 minutes drive to get there).
My 8 year old son and I stayed and loved it! The staff was so friendly and helpful and any issues we had were quickly tended to. The staff was so kind to my son and that meant a lot to me. The Archer is also near great food, shopping, a mall and a bowling ally all in walking distance from the hotel! Pool is small but great for younger kids and the hotel restaurant is very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again!
The customer service and the staff at this hotel is five star. I am in the hospitality business and I travel often and they should be commended for their fantastic customer service . I stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and they made my holiday extremely pleasurable as I was visiting family in the area. The rooms are exceptionally clean, fantastic amenities, and well appointed. The location is fantastic, near many restaurants and shopping areas.
Service and hotel were exceptional. Comfortable beds, spacious room and so many nice treats left in our room after turndowns. I would recommend this hotel for families as we stayed over with our 3 year old.
I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless you enjoy extra charges and rude staff. We came to stay at this hotel as my mother-in-law was airlifted to a nearby hospital and ultimately died there. You would expect at such a difficult time in our lives that there would have been some compassion or understanding from the staff; instead, they were beyond rude whenever we asked a simple question about one of our three rooms and were just generally unhelpful. Then upon checkout, we found out that our room had been charged a $250 smoking fee. The sad part is that neither my husband nor myself smoke. Their evidence was dried herbs (not tobacco) in an outside paper bag put by the trash can in the room (picture provided by hotel attached), which was not even ours, but another family member who had visited our suite right before we departed. It is appalling that this hotel would dig through trash so they could justify charging us an extra $250. And even more appalling that this hotel would treat us in such a manner during a difficult time for our family. Watch out! This hotel will kick you when you are down and then charge you for it.…
From the moment you walk into the Archer burlington, you know it’s going to be a great stay. Incredible staff which makes you feel at home and hotel is spotless. Great location and I loved the amenities they provide. Thank you for a great stay. See you in a few months.
This hotel was not only fun but it was funky and clean, kind and welcoming -to us as well as our grandkids and seemingly most dogs. The rooms had great beds and were quiet and comfortable in all other respects. We noticed air filters being changed on the whole floor while we were there. The staff deserves a large bonus for being the best.
Great facility, food and especially the staff. Will definitely keep The Archer in mind for business and personal stays. Great food and beverage options. The location offers so many shopping, food and entertainment options. Jerry
