We loved the very friendly vibe at this campground so much. You feel right at home here. The owners Les and Meg are so friendly and helpful. Les helped us newbies level our camper and gave us xtra blocks. They are still recovering from the 2011 tornado that destroyed the campground and have done an awesome job. This place is great because the seasonal people are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which is exceptional. We will be back!!
We had a great grassy level spot very spacious, only drawback near highway, could hear traffic all night long. Don't usually pick a park with no sewer but it was so nice decided to give it a try. there is no cable and limited television stations, I couldn't even get a main t.v. station but since we're not really big time t.v. watchers not a big deal, Laundry and bathrooms were immaculate. Only big drawback was the bumpy road. We enjoyed our stay here and would come back again if in the area, Owners were super and very helpful. You do have to pay for wifi!!!
This is a very clean, large and friendly place. The owners are very helpful and know the area well. It is very close to lots of both tourist attractions and daily living, such as grocery and clothing, craft, sporting good and pet stores, as well as places like Saint Anne's Shrine and Old Sturbridge Village. There is a small store there that sells many RV'ing needs as well as a large selection of tie-died shirts.
We spent one night at this RV park near Sturbridge, MA on our way to Bar Harbor, ME. The park is geared toward families and is beautifully kept. There is swimming, playgrounds, and even a recreation building. There was some construction going on when we were there but it did not affect our stay in any way. They have done an admirable job of rebuilding after a tornado tragically destroyed the campground in 2010. I was nearby when this happened and know how much damage the area sustained. Our RV site was spacious and clean. The bathrooms were a bit of a walk from our site but accessible and well kept. I would return if it was not so far away from where I now live. It is a well kept beautiful park. There are monthly activities listed that sound like a lot of fun. We were there on early October, just before the end of the season.…
We tried this place on our maiden voyage with our first camper. We knew very little about it. We arrived on Thursday and the host owners helped us de-winterize and get acquainted with the new trailer. They also helped us dump for the first time. So kind and helpful. We got them a lovely pastry in kind return as they would not accept a tip for the help. Wow! This place is still recovering from 2011 tornado but still lovely, relaxing and worth the stay for the friendliness alone. Brimfield is a great town and had a lot to offer. We will retun. Thank you..
